Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırma, Kangal'da Sosyo.ekonomik yapı ve işsizlik ilişkilerini konu almaktadır. Giriş, dört ana bölüm, değerlendirme ve sonuç bölümünden oluşan çalışmada, Birinci Bölüm'de teorik çerçeve ortaya konulmuş ve ikinci Bölüm'de araştırmanın metodolojisine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü Bölüm'de ise, araştırma alanına ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu bölümde Kangal'ın tarihçesi, coğrafi yapısı demografik ve ekonomik yapısı ele alınmıştır. Son bölüm ise, Kangal Merkez'de 324 denek üzerinde yapılan araştırmanın bulgularını içermektedir. Bu bulgular ışığında Kangal'ın sosyo.ekonomik yapısı ve işsizlik ilişkileri irdelenmiştir. Çalışmanın araştırması Kangal'da yapılmıştır. Kangal'a köylerden göç olmaktadır. Kangal'dan ise Sivas'a ve batıdaki kentlere göç olmaktadır. Göç alan Kangal'da işsizlik fazladır. Kangal'ın sosyo.ekonomik yapısı diğer İçanadolu ilçelerine benzemektedir. İstihdam olanakları sınırlıdır. O nedenle işsizlik fazladır. İlçede yaşayanların çoğu işsizlik sorunlarıyla karşılaşmıştır. Bir işte çalışanlar ise işlerini tatmin edici bulmamaktadırlar. İlçede yaşayanların sosyo.ekonomik seviyeleri düşüktür. Ailede ikinci ve üçüncü kişilerde iş aramaktadır. İlçede özel sektör yatırımlarına imkan verebilecek alt yapımn olmamasının yanında, özel sektörün yatırım yapmasına cazip gelecek bir stratejik konumda değildir. Bu nedenle ilçede bulunan birkaç küçük ticari işletmeden başka özel sektör yatırımı bulunmamaktadır. Bundan dolayı devlet tarafından yatırımlarının yapılmasını ve bu yatırımlarla işsizliğin önlenmesine bağlanmıştır bütün ümitler. Devlet yatırımlarının sınırlı olması ilçede işsizliğin yüksek olmasıdır. Yukarıda amlan sosyo.ekonomik yapı, ilçede yaşayanların iş olanaklarının olumsuz etkilenmektedir. İşsizlik yüksektir. İş bulanlar ise düşük ücretle çalışmaktadırlar. Tasarruf düzeyi düşüktür. xm

ABSTRACT The subject of this research is to explain the relations between Social, economic structure and unemployment in Kangal. This research consists of an introduction, four main chapters, an appraisal and a conclusion. In the first chapter the conceptual and theoretical framework is stated. In second chapter the scientific methodology of this research is explained. In the third chapter some imformations about the field of this research are given. In this chapter this historical, geographical, demographic, economic structure of Kangal is examined. The fourth chapter includes the findings in Kangal city center. The relations between the social.economic structure and unemployment in Kangal is examined. Findings From the view of these. The research of the study has been done in Kangal. There is migration from villages to Kangal and from Kangal on to Sivas and to other western provinces. Unemployment is excessive in Kangal where the socio-economic structure is similar to that of other towns in Anatolian region with limited employment. Many are faced with unemployment in the town. On the other hand there is unsatisfaction of the employed., the socio, economic level of the citizens in the town is quite low. Second and third membirs of the family are also in search of a.job. At the town there is no background for private enterprijes, and also the town hasn't got a strategic situation for the private enterprises. For this reasan there is no private enterprise except a few commercial administrations in the town. So all hopes are depends on investments will be done by government. The public of the town also hope less unemployment with these investments. However limited government investments causes high level of unemployment. The fore mentioned socio-economic structure does effect the the possibility of employment of the people. Nevertheless the income of those whose fortunate is low. XIV
