Özet
ÖZET Bu tezin amacı, değişimin yönetici eğitimi üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktır. Günümüzde işletmeler hızlı bir değişim yaşamaktadırlar. Bu değişimin etkileri ile birlikte pazar yapısı, tüketici tercihleri, piyasa koşulları ve önceden uygulanan bir çok yönetim tekniği büyük bir değişim içermektedir. Bu yüzyılda popular olan değişim herhangi bir şey tarafından asla etkilenmemiştir. Bu tez iki ana teoriksel kısımdan oluşur. Teoriksel kısım üç bölümden oluşur. a) Birinci Bölüm :Bu bölüm değişim ile yönetici eğitimi hakkında genel bilgileri içerir. b) İkinci Bölüm : Yönetici eğitimini zorunlu kılan değişim faktörleri içerir. c) Üçüncü bölüm: Değişimin yönetici eğitimi üzerindeki etkileri içerir. Tezin ikinci kısmı Gaziantep organize sanayi bölgesindeki işletmelerde değişimin yönetici eğitimi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeye yönelik bir çalışmanın hipotezini test etmek için ampirik bir çalışmayı içerir.

ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to investigate the effection of the change on the educational manager. Nowadays, business enterprises have been developing rapidly. With effects of this development, market, consumer's, preferences, market conditons and many administcation techniques put into practice before have been including a great chance. The change that is the popular in this century is never effected by anything. There fore, the educational method and its means can also be varried. So, the subject that the education of manager has also been varried. This thesis consist two main chapter theoritical. The theoritical chapter consist tree sections; a) First Sections : This section consist of the general information about the change and the education of manager. b) Second Sections : It consists of a factor which is the change that necessary for the education of manager. c) Third Sections which consists the effect of change about education of manager. The second capter of the thesis consists an ampirical study that is to test the hypothesis about the effection of change on the educational manager in the plants organization industry of Gaziantep.
