Özet
n ÖZET Bu araştırmamızın temel konusu postmodernizm etniklik ilişkisidir. Bu araştırmada temel amacımız entelektüel ve toplumsal alanda tartışmalara kaynaklık eden postmodernizm ile etnikliğin karşılıklı ilişkilerini sosyolojik yönden incelemektir. Araştırmamız öncelikle kuramsal bir çalışma olup dört temel bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde tüm boyutlarıyla postmodernizm, ikinci bölümde etniklik, üçüncü bölümde ise postmodernizm-etniklik ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde ise postraodernizm-etniklik ilişkisine dair saptamalarda bulunmaya ve ulaşılan sonuçları aktarmaya çalıştık. Çalışmamızın sonucunda postmodernizm ve etnikliğin entelektüel tartışma platformuna girişleri bakımından“zamandaş”oldukları, bunun ise rastlantısal olmadığı bilgisine ulaştık. Çünkü gerek postmodernizm ve gerekse etniklik kendilerini meşrulaştırmak için birbirlerinden yararlanmakta, biri ötekini kendisine dayanak yapmaktadır.

Ill SUMMARY The main subject of this study is the relation between ethnicity and postmodernism. The main purpose behind this study is to analyze the co-relation between ethnicity and postmodernism which is a source for the discussion in the social and intellectual field in the view of sociological perspective. The present research, a theoretical study, includes main section. The first chapter deals with postmodernism over all; ethnicity is in the second chapter; the relation between postmodernism and ethnicity is in the third chapter. Moreover, argumentation on the relation between postmodernism and ethnicity is put forward. In the conclusion we got the information that postmodernism and ethnicity are spontane our in respect of introduction to intellectual fiield. This result, acording to our experiment; is not arbitrary because both postmodenism and ethnicity make use of each other to make themselves legalized, and one becomes base for another.
