Özet
Siyaset kavramına yönelik yaklaşımlar siyaset felsefesinden, siyaset sosyolojisinden veya yönetimle ilgili bir başka düşünceden beslenerek kuramsal temellere göre bir anlama sahip olabilmektedir. Post-politika siyasetin hakikatine ulaşmayı amaçlayan düşünce ve teorileri içine alarak siyasetin sonundan başına doğru bir düşünce gelişimine olanak sağlamaktadır. Kısaca, post-politika teorisi post-temelci siyaset teorisinden yola çıkarak siyasalı ve siyasal olmayanı yeniden tartışmaya açmaktadır. Teori ve pratikte birbirine paralel ilerlemeyen post-politika; kamu yönetimi, çevre politikası, kent siyaseti, ekonomi işletmeciliği gibi farklı alanlarda disiplinler arası bir yaklaşıma neden olmaktadır. Bunun yanında popülizm, demokrasi, terörizm ve ideolojik düşüncelerle beraber bir bütün olarak yeni bir yaklaşıma işaret etmektedir. Günümüzdeki toplumsal, siyasi, ekonomik, çevresel, kentsel pek çok gelişmeyi anlamak ve siyaseti bu gelişmelerde aramak için post-politika; eleştirilere rağmen, depolitizasyon ve siyasallaşma ekseninde işlevsel bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle konunun teorik incelemelerinde kapsamının nasıl açıklanabileceği sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Teoriden pratiğe olgusal çalışmalarla teori genişletilerek incelenmiş ve son olarak kent siyaseti özelinde bir alan araştırması yürütülmüştür. Alan araştırması post-politika düşüncesinin pratikte sınanmasına ve kent siyasetindeki etkilerin neler olduğu sorusuna dayanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Artvin ilinin Yusufeli ilçesinin, baraj nedeniyle taşınmasına bağlı olarak kent siyasetinin post-politik açıdan incelenmesi çalışmanın nihai çıktısıdır. Araştırma esnasında yapılan mülakatlar ve kullanılan diğer haber kaynakları ve röportajlar çalışmanın verilerini oluşturmaktadır. Mülakat verileri MAXQDA yazılımı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiş ve eleştirel söylem analizi yöntemiyle veriler incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur.

March, 2024, 424 pages The approaches towards the concept of politics may have a meaning determined by theorical foundations and may be nourished from political philosphy, political sociology or another notion relating to government or policy. The concept of post-politics enables to develop political ideas from the end of politics to the origin of politics by involving ideas and theories which aim to reach of the truth of politics. In short, the theory of post-politics reconsiders politics and political by resting on the theory of post-foundational political thought. Post-politics in theory and in practice do not run parallel to each other and this produces an interdisciplinary approaches in different areas like public administration, environment politics, urban politics or economic managements. Besides, it indicates a new understanding together with the ideas of populism, democracy, terrorism and ideological ideas. Post-politics, despite of the critics, has a functional significance in order to comprehend recent social, political, economical, environmental, urban changes and to search for politics in these areas. This study firstly searches for an answer for how the content is explained in the theorical researches. The theory is researched by expanding with researches quailified from theory to the practice and finally a field research is conducted particularised in urban politics. The field research depends on the question what the effects on urban politics are and how to test the theory on practice. In this regard researching the urban politics in terms of post-politics depending on moving old Yusufeli district of Artvin province to the new residental area because of the Yusufeli dam is conclusive output of this study. Interviews that are made during field research and other online news resources are data sources and received data from interviews is analysed through MAXQDA software, and is subjected to be scrutinised depending on the method of Critical Discourse Analysis.
