Özet
Allah Teâlâ, Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in tebyîn ve tefsîr vazifesini Hz. Peygamber'in (sav.) kendisine vermiştir. Ondan sonra sahabe, tabiîn, tebe-i tabiîn ve nihayetinde müfessirler bu vazifeyi devralmışlardır. İlk dönem müfessirleri, Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'i baştan sona tefsîr ederken âyetler hakında varid olan rivâyetleri aktardıktan sonra konuyla ilgili sahabe ve tabiînin görüşlerini nakletmişlerdir. Bazı âlimler ise Kur'ân'ı Arap lügatindeki kıraat, teşbih, temsil, mecâz, icâz, iʻrâb, itnâb, istiâre, beyân, bedîʻ gibi dilbilim özellikleriyle tefsîr etmişlerdir. Böylece İslam kültüründe Kur'ân-ı Kerîm birçok metod ile tefsir edilmiştir. Modern dönemde ise bir kısım İslam âlimi Kur'ân'ın hidayet mesajlarını daha derli toplu bir şekilde insanlara ulaştırmak için konulu tefsîr metoduyla Kur'ân'ı tefsir etmeye çalışmışlardır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada da bu metod takip edilmiştir. Vahiy, tevhîd, rü'yetüllah ve âhiret hayatı gibi iman açısından önemli bazı konulardan bahsetmesi nedeniyle de çalışmada Necm sûresi tercih edilmiştir. Kendisinde ilk secde âyeti nazil olan sûre olması ve miʻrâc mucizesinden bahsetmesi de bu seçimde etkili olmuştur. Çalışmada rivâyet, dirâyet, ictimaî, davet, mevzûî, klasik ve modern tefsirlere müracaat edilerek söz konusu sûredeki konular tartışılmıştır. Sûrede geçen bazı âyetlerin başta garânîk olayı olmak üzere kimi konular ile ilişkilendirdiği ve böylece ilgili âyetlerin farklı bir şekilde yorumlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Yine sûrede rü'yetüllah konusu açık bir şekilde zikredilmesine ve başka âyetler ile de desteklenmesine rağmen bazı mezhep âlimlerince söz konusu âyetlerin mecrasından çıkarıldığı ve mezhebi saikler ile yorumlandığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca yine sûrede geçen âyetler ışığında sünnetin vahiy mahsulü olması meselesi ele alınmış ve söz konusu ihtilaflar değerlendirilmiştir.

Allah (swt) entrusted the Prophet (pbuh) with the task of interpretation and exegesis of the Qur'ân al-kerîm. After him, the Companions, tabiîn, taba-i tabiîn and finally the commentators took over this task. The early commentators, while exegeting the Qur'an from beginning to end, narrated the narrations about the verses and then conveyed the opinions of the Companions and tabiîn on the subject. Some scholars, on the other hand, exegeted the Qur'ān with the linguistic features of the Arabic lexicon such as qiraāt, metaphor, simile, representation, metaphor, allegory, iʿrāb, itnāb, istiāra, bayān, and bedīʿ. Thus, in Islamic culture, the Holy Qur'an has been exegeted with many methods. In the modern period, some Islamic scholars have tried to exegete the Qur'an with the method of thematic tafsīr in order to convey the guidance messages of the Qur'an to people in a more organized way. For this reason, this method has been followed in this study. Surah Najm was preferred in this study because it mentions some important issues in terms of faith such as revelation, tawheed, rü'yatullah and the life hereafter. The fact that it is the sūrah in which the first prostration verse was revealed and that it mentions the miracle of mi'rāj was also effective in this choice. In this study, the issues in the sūrah in question were discussed by referring to narration, dirāyah, social, dawah, mawḍūī, classical and modern exegesis. It has been determined that some of the verses in the sūrah are associated with some issues, especially the event of Gharnīk, and thus the related verses are interpreted in a different way. Again, although the subject of rü'yatullah is explicitly mentioned in the surah and supported by other verses, it has been observed that some sectarian scholars have taken these verses out of their context and interpreted them with sectarian motives. In addition, the issue of the Sunnah being the product of revelation in the light of the verses in the sūrah is discussed and the disputes in question are.
