Özet
Günümüzde bireylerin bilgi, beceri ve değerler kazanması, toplumların gelişen ve değişen dünya düzenine ayak uydurabilmelerinin temelinde etkili bir eğitimin mevcut olması önemlidir. Eğitimde bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanılması öğrenmeyi bireyselleştirerek daha öğrenci merkezli bir anlayışa katkı sunmaktadır. Eğitim kurumlarından olan üniversitelerde de teknolojinin derslere entegrasyonu gün geçtikçe önem kazanmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının eğitiminde de akademisyenlerin teknolojiye bakışı önemlidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı eğitim fakültesi akademisyenlerinin eğitimde teknoloji entegrasyonu ve teknoloji hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu doğrultuda akademisyenlerin teknolojiyi eğitim ve öğretim süreçlerine nasıl, ne şekilde ve hangi amaçla dâhil ettikleri; teknoloji hakkındaki görüşleri; pandemi ve Türkiye'de 6 Şubat 2023'te yaşanmış depremin akabinde yapılan uzaktan eğitim süreçlerini teknolojik açıdan nasıl yürüttükleri sorularına cevap aranmıştır. Bu çalışma nitel araştırma türlerinden durum çalışması olarak desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2023- 2024 eğitim- öğretim yılında Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde görev yapmakta olan 15 erkek ve 10 kadından oluşan 25 akademisyen oluşturmuştur. Katılımcılar uygun örneklem yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşmeler yüz yüze, bireysel ve ses kaydı alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Eğitim fakültesi akademisyenlerinin teknoloji hakkında olumlu tutum sergiledikleri, derslerine teknolojiyi imkanlar doğrultusunda entegre ettikleri, pandemi ve deprem döneminde yapılan uzaktan eğitim süreçlerinde bazı sorunlar yaşadıkları, fakültelerini teknolojik açıdan kısmi olarak yeterli buldukları ve teknolojik inovasyonları takip ederek kendilerini yenileme bilincinde oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda teknolojik araç gereç kullanımı ve teknolojik altyapı konularında uzman kişilerden destek sağlanabileceği; çalışmanın alanı genişletilerek daha çok akademisyenin katılım göstereceği bir çalışma düzenlenmesi önerilmiştir.

Today, it is important for individuals to gain knowledge, skills and values, and for societies to be able to keep up with the developing and changing world order. The use of information technologies in education contributes to a more student-centered understanding by individualizing learning. In universities, which are educational institutions, the integration of technology into courses has gained importance day by day. Academicians' view of technology is also important in the education of pre-service teachers. The aim of this study is to determine the views of education faculty academics on technology integration and technology in education. In this direction, how, in what way and for what purpose academicians include technology in education and training processes; their views on technology; pandemic and how they carried out the distance education processes following the earthquake in Turkey on February 6, 2023, in terms of technology. This study was designed as a case study from qualitative research types. The study group of the research consisted of 25 academicians consisting of 15 men and 10 women working at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Faculty of Education in the 2023-2024 academic year. Participants were determined by convenience sampling method. An interview form was used as a data collection tool. Interviews were conducted face-to-face, individually and audio recorded. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis method. It was concluded that education faculty academics have positive attitudes about technology, integrate technology into their courses in line with the possibilities, experience some problems in distance education processes during the pandemic and earthquake period, find their faculties partially sufficient in terms of technology, and are aware of renewing themselves by following technological innovations. As a result of the study, it was suggested that support could be provided from experts in the use of technological equipment and technological infrastructure; and that the field of the study should be expanded, and a study should be organized with the participation of more academics.
