Özet
Bu araştırma özel gereksinimli çocuğu olan anne ve babaların sosyal destek algısını ve memnuniyet düzeylerine bazı değişkenlerin etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Yenilenmiş Anne- Baba Sosyal Destek Ölçeği- YASDÖ kullanılmıştır. Nicel araştırma modellerinden tekil tarama modeli kullandığımız araştırmamıza İstanbul ili Kağıthane ilçesinde ikamet eden özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezine kayıtlı özel gereksinimli çocuğu olan 388 gönüllü aile dahil edilmiştir. Ailelerden çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katıldıklarını belirten onam formu sözlü ve yazılı olarak açıklanmıştır. Araştırma özgül öğrenme güçlüğü, işitme yetersizliği, otizm spektrum bozukluğu, zihinsel yetersizlik, Down Sendromu, dil ve konuşma bozukluğu tanılı çocuğu olan aileler ile sınırlıdır.Araştırmanın verileri SPSS 22.0 istatistik programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılanların tanımlayıcı özelliklerinin belirlenmesinde frekans ve yüzde analizlerinden, ölçeğin incelenmesinde ortalama ve standart sapma istatistiklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda anne- baba olma durumuna, medeni duruma, aile yapısına, gelir düzeyine, anne veya babada özel gereksinim olma durumuna, sosyal yardımdan faydalanma durumuna, sosyal güvence varlığına, psikolojik destek alma durumuna, çocuğun özel gereksinimine yönelik eğitim alma durumuna, çocuğun bakımında destek olan kişinin varlığına, baba yaşına, anne- babanın öğrenim durumuna, anne çalışma durumuna, babanın mesleğine, çocuğun yaşına, çocuğun cinsiyetine, çocuğun birincil tanısına ve otizm spektrum bozukluğu düzeyine göre anlamlı fark olduğu bulunmuştur. Akraba evliliği olma durumuna, ailede başka özel gereksinimli bireyin olma durumu, anne yaşına, babanın çalışma durumuna, annenin mesleğine, kardeş sayısına, çocuğun doğum sırasına, çocuğa tanı konma zamanına, zihinsel yetersizlik düzeyine ve çocuğun eğitim aldığı süreye göre anlamlı fark olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre özel gereksinimli çocuğu olan ailelerin ihtiyaçları belirlenerek aileyi destekleyecek sistemlerin oluşturulması önerilir. Ailenin ihtiyacı olan destek hizmet birimleri kurulabilir. Psikolojik destek ve rehberlik hizmetleri sunulabilir. Ayrıca ileride yapılmak istenen araştırmalar farklı özel gereksinim türleri ile farklı bölgelerde yapılabilir.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of some variables on the perception of social support and satisfaction levels of mothers and fathers of children with special needs. Personal Information Form and the Revised Parent Social Support ScaleYASDÖ were used as data collection tools. In our study, where we used the single screening model from quantitative research models, 388 volunteer families with children with special needs registered in a special education and rehabilitation center residing in the Kağıthane district of Istanbul were included. The consent form indicating that they participated in the study voluntarily was explained verbally and in writing. The study is limited to families with children diagnosed with specific learning disabilities, hearing impairment, autism spectrum disorder, mental retardation, Down Syndrome, and language and speech disorders.The data of the research were evaluated with the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. Frequency and percentage analyzes were used to determine the descriptive characteristics of the research participants, and mean and standard deviation statistics were used to examine the scale. As a result of the research, the status of being a parent, marital status, family structure, income level, whether the mother or father has special needs, the status of benefiting from social assistance, the presence of social security, the status of receiving psychological support, the status of receiving education for the child's special needs, support in the care of the child. It was found that there was a significant difference according to the presence of the person with the disorder, the age of the father, the education level of the parents, the working status of the mother, the type of work of the father, the age of the child, the gender of the child, the primary diagnosis of the child and the level of autism spectrum disorder. It was concluded that there is no significant difference according to consanguineous marriage, presence of another individual with special needs in the family, mother's age, father's working status, mother's working style, number of siblings, birth order of the child, time of diagnosis of the child, level of mental disability and duration of education of the child.According to the results of the research, it is recommended that the needs of families with children with special needs are determined and systems are created to support the family. Support service units that the family needs can be established. Psychological support and guidance services can be provided. In addition, future research can be conducted in different regions with different types of special needs.
