Özet
Araştırma Mardin ilinde bulunan kız sporcuların spora katılım güdülerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya Mardin ilinde bulunan aktif olarak spora katılan farklı yaş grubundaki (14,15,16,17) 375 kız sporcu katılmıştır. Katılımcıların spora katılım güdülerini belirlemek için araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan kişisel bilgi formu (KBF) ve spora katılım güdüsü ölçeği (SKG) kullanılmıştır. Study was conducted to investigate motivasyon of female athletes to participation in spor activities at Mardin province. Female athletes of different age groups who actively participate in sports in Mardin province participated in the study. To determine the participants' motivations for participation in sports, the personal information form (KBF) and sports participation motivation scale (SKG) created by the researcher were used. SPSS statsitical program was use to analayze data. Observed data were analyzed according to t-test and one-way (ANOVA) and p>0.05 was accepted as a signifigant. Statistical analyses showed that age, educaton of father, years of spor activities were not signifigant while according to living place of participation, suitability of physically / burn energy, entertainment of sub-dimension, total SKG values, skill development of sub-dimension for branch types, according to licensed spor activities and for investigated other variables significant statistical results (p>0.05) were determined. As a result, it was concluded that sports history of participation, education statues of mother, type of sports branch, aim of doing spor activities and living location or province of participitation have effects on the motivations of feamle athletes to participate in sports activities in Mardin province. In addition, it has been concluded that presence of person who occupated with spor activity, education level of mother affect participation motivation of female athletes.
