Özet
Bu çalışmada“Gabriel Fauré'nin 'Miragés' Başlıklı Eserindeki Sembolist Fikirlerin Müzikle Birleşimi”konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla, 'Miragés Op. 113' başlıklı eserin şiir çözümlemesi ve şansonların müzikal form analizleri yapılmış olup müzik ile metnin birleşimi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, romantik dönem ve sembolizm akımından yola çıkılarak Gabriel Fauré'nin müziği ve şanson formu detaylı biçimde anlatılmıştır. 'Miragés' başlıklı eserin dört bölümü de ayrı ayrı ele alınmış, bölümlere dair şiir çözümlemesi ve şansonların müzikal form analizi yapılmış, sembolist fikirler saptanmış ve müzik ile metnin birleşimi incelenmiştir. Bu tezde değinilen önemli noktalardan biri de şarkıcıların bu eseri seslendirirken sembolist temaların yorumlarına ışık tutması ve bu temaları icra etmeye dönüştürmede araç olarak kullanmalarına olanak sağlamasıdır. Metinlerde kullanılan sembolist kelimelerin ve örtük anlamın aslında neyi anlatmak için yazıldığının eseri icra eden şarkıcı tarafından bilinmesi ya da fikri destekleyici özellikte müzikte yazılan nüanslar, uzun tutulan notalar ve değişen ritimler hakkında bilgi sahibi olunması ifade ve aktarım bakımından oldukça önemlidir. Araştırmanın sonucuna bakıldığında Gabriel Fauré'nin 'Miragés' başlıklı eseri, eserin dört farklı bölümü incelenmiş, şiirlerin çözümlemeleri ve şansonların müzikal form analizleri yapılmış ve birçok sembolist fikir barındırdığı gözlemlenmiştir.

In this study, the subject of“The Combination of Symbolist Ideas with Music in Gabriel Fauré's 'Miragés'”is discussed. For this purpose, the poetry analysis of the work titled 'Miragés Op. 113' and the musical form analysis of the chansons were made and the combination of music and text was examined. In the study, Gabriel Fauré's music and the chanson form are explained in detail based on the romantic period and the symbolism movement. The four sections of the work titled 'Miragés' are analyzed separately, the poetry of the sections and the musical form of the chansons are analyzed, symbolist ideas are identified and the combination of music and text is analyzed. One of the important points touched upon in this thesis is that it sheds light on the interpretation of symbolist themes when singers perform this work and allows them to use these themes as a tool to transform them into performance. It is very important for the singer to know what the symbolist words and implicit meaning used in the texts are actually written to express, or to have knowledge about the nuances, long notes and changing rhythms written in the music to support the idea, in terms of expression and transmission. When we look at the results of the research, Gabriel Fauré's work titled 'Miragés', four different parts of the work were analyzed, the analysis of the poems and the musical form analysis of the chansons were made and it was observed that it contains many symbolist ideas.
