Özet
Bu çalışmada, geçmişten günümüze kadar gelen ve evrensel bir sorun olan varlığın kendini ifade etme problemi bir 17. yüzyıl filozofu olan Spinoza felsefesi aracılığıyla ele alınmaktadır. Spinoza'nın ontolojisinin temelini oluşturan Tanrı'nın özü ifadedir ve Tanrı ifade edicidir. Böylece ifade, Spinoza'da Tanrı'dan doğal bir hak ve bir var oluş biçimi olarak gelir. Onun felsefesinde Tanrı'dan doğal bir hak olarak gelen ifade, tüm tekillikler ve bu tekillikler içerisinde bir tekillik olan insan için de bir var oluş biçimi olarak zorunludur. Bu amaçla çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, Spinoza'nın felsefesinde Tanrı'nın kendini sıfatları ve moduslarıyla ifade etmesinin ontolojik temelleri ortaya konulmakta ve varlığın varlıkta kalma çabası olan conatusa yer verilmektedir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, Spinoza'nın insanın doğası anlayışından hareketle zihin ve beden düalizmi yerine zihin ve beden ilişkiselliğine değinilip duygu ve duygulanımın keşfiyle birlikte insanın özgürlüğü konu edinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, hem Platon ve Aristoteles'te hem de Hobbes, Locke ve Spinoza'da devletin oluşumu ele alınarak Spinoza'nın insanın kendini ifade etmesi ve ifadeyle ilişkisi bağlamında ifade özgürlüğünün devletin amacı olması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, Spinoza'nın Tanrı'dan gelen bir doğal hak ve bir var oluş biçimi olan ifadenin insanın varlığını sürdürebilmesi için gerekli ve zorunlu olduğu bunun ise ancak ifadelere özgürlük tanıyan devletle mümkün olabileceği gösterilmeye çalışılacaktır.

In this study, the problem of the self-expression of being, which is a universal problem from the past to the present, is addressed through the philosophy of Spinoza, a 17th century philosopher. The essence of God, which forms the basis of Spinoza's ontology, is expression and God is expressive. Thus, in Spinoza, expression comes from God as a natural right and a way of being. In his philosophy, expression, which comes from God as a natural right, is necessary for all singularities and for the human being, who is a singularity within these singularities, as a way of being. For this purpose, in the first part of the study, the ontological foundations of God's self-expression with His attributes and modus in Spinoza's philosophy are revealed and conatus, which is the effort of being to remain in being, is given. In the second part of the study, based on Spinoza's understanding of human nature, the relationality of mind and body instead of the dualism of mind and body is addressed and the freedom of human beings is discussed with the discovery of emotion and affect. In the third part, the formation of the state in Plato and Aristotle as well as in Hobbes, Locke and Spinoza is discussed and it is emphasised that freedom of expression should be the aim of the state in the context of Spinoza's relationship with human self-expression and expression. As a result, it will be tried to be shown that Spinoza's natural right from God and expression, which is a form of existence, is necessary and obligatory for the survival of human existence, and that this can only be possible with the state that recognises freedom of expression.
