Özet
Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinde Merhamet Eğitiminin Merhamet Yeterliliklerine ve Etik Duyarlılıklarına Etkisi Amaç: Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, hemş+rel+k öğrenc+ler+nde merhamet eğ+t+m+n+n, merhamet yeterl+l+ğ+ ve et+k duyarlılık üzer+ndek+ etk+s+n+ bel+rlemekt+r. Materyal- Metot: Ön test- son test, kontrol ve müdahale gruplu olan araştırmanın evren+n+ Süleyman Dem+rel Ün+vers+tes+ Sağlık B+l+mler+ Fakültes+ Hemş+rel+k bölümü 1. Sınıf öğrenc+ler+ araştırmanın örneklem+n+ +se random+zasyonla atanan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden (n=122) hemş+rel+k öğrenc+s+ oluşturmuştur. Araştırma, Mart 2023 -N+san 2023 tar+hler+ arasında yürütülmüştür. Müdahale ve kontrol grubuna ayrılan öğrenc+lere, 6 haftalık merhametler+n+ arttıracak b+r eğ+t+m programı uygulanmıştır. Araştırma ver+ler+ Sosyo Demograf+k Ölçekler Formu, Merhamet Yeterl+l+ğ+ Ölçeğ+ (MYÖ) ve Öğrenc+ Hemş+reler +ç+n Uyarlanmış Et+k Duyarlılık Ölçeğ+ (ÖHUEDÖ) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın anal+zler+nde tanımlayıcı +stat+st+kler, Kolmogorow Sm+rnow test+, bağımlı ve bağımsız gruplarda t test+, Mann Wh+tney U ve W+lcoxon test+ +le güven+rl+k testler+ ve korelasyon anal+zler+ kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hemş+rel+k öğrenc+ler+n+n müdahale grubunun %86,2's+ 18-20 yaş aralığında olup, %82,8'+ kadındır. Müdahale grubunun %62's+, Akden+z bölges+nde yaşamakta, %77,6'sı çek+rdek a+le yapısına sah+pt+r. Araştırmada müdahale grubunun MYÖ ön test puan ortalaması 3,80±0,52 +ken son test puan ortalaması 4,50±0,34'tür. ÖHUEDÖ'n+n müdahale grubundak+ ön test puanı 4,82±0,42, son test puanı +se 5,99±0,34'tür. Araştırmada, eğ+t+m sonunda müdahale grubundak+ öğrenc+ler+n MYÖ ve ÖHUEDÖ puanında anlamlı düzeyde olumlu yönde artış olduğu bel+rlenm+şt+r. Kontrol grubundak+ öğrenc+ler+n MYÖ ve ÖHUEDÖ puanında anlamlı artış bel+rlenmem+şt+r. Müdahale grubunun MYÖ +let+ş+m, duyarlılık ve +çgörü alt boyut puanlarında müdahale önces+ ve sonrası arasında anlamlı b+r fark bulunmuştur. Müdahale grubunun ÖHUEDÖ k+ş+lerarası oryantasyon ve uzman b+lg+s+ne başvurma alt alt boyutlarında müdahale önces+ ve sonrası arasında anlamlı b+r fark bel+rlenm+şt+r. Sonuç: Merhamet eğ+t+m+n+n öğrenc+ler+n merhamet yeterl+l+kler+n+ ve et+k duyarlılıklarını artırdığı bel+rlenm+şt+r. Öğrenc+ler+n b+lg+, becer+ ve olumlu bakım davranışları kazanab+lmeler+ +ç+n +nterakt+f yöntemler+n kullanıldığı merhamet eğ+t+m+ programlarının, hemş+rel+k l+sans eğ+t+m müfredatlarına entegre ed+lmes+ öner+lmekted+r.

The Effect of Compassion Training on the Compassion Competencies and Ethical Sensitivities of Nursing Students Purpose: The a+m of th+s thes+s study +s to determ+ne the effect of compass+on educat+on on compass+on competence and eth+cal sens+t+v+ty +n nurs+ng students. MaterMal-Method: The populat+on of the study, wh+ch cons+sts of pre-testpost- test, control and +ntervent+on groups, cons+sts of f+rst-year students of Süleyman Dem+rel Un+vers+ty, Faculty of Health Sc+ences, Department of Nurs+ng, and the sample of the study cons+sts of nurs+ng students who were ass+gned by random+zat+on and agreed to part+c+pate +n the research (n = 122). The research was conducted between March 2023 and Apr+l 2023. A 6-week tra+n+ng program was appl+ed to the students d+v+ded +nto +ntervent+on and control groups to +ncrease the+r compass+on. Research data were collected us+ng the Personal Informat+on Form, Compass+on Competency Scale (CCS) and Eth+cal Sens+t+v+ty Scale Adapted to Student Nurses (SNAESS). Descr+pt+ve stat+st+cs, Kolmogorow Sm+rnow test, t test +n dependent and +ndependent groups, Mann Wh+tney U and W+lcoxon test, rel+ab+l+ty tests and correlat+on analyzes were used +n the analys+s of the study. FMndMngs: 86.2% of the +ntervent+on group of nurs+ng students part+c+pat+ng +n the research were between the ages of 18-20, and 82.8% of the +ntervent+on group were women. 62% of the +ntervent+on group l+ves +n the Med+terranean reg+on, and 77.6% of the +ntervent+on group has a nuclear fam+ly structure. In the study, the average pre-test score of the +ntervent+on group +n the +ntervent+on group was found to be 3.80±0.52, and the average post-test score was 4.50±0.34. In the +ntervent+on group, the pretest score of SNAESS was 4.82±0.42 and the posttest score was 5.99±0.34. In the study, +t was determ+ned that there was a s+gn+f+cant pos+t+ve +ncrease +n the CCS and SNAESS scores of the students +n the +ntervent+on group at the end of the tra+n+ng. No s+gn+f+cant +ncrease was detected +n the CCS and SNAESS scores of the students +n the control group. A s+gn+f+cant d+fference was found between pre- and post-+ntervent+on +n the MIS commun+cat+on, sens+t+v+ty and +ns+ght sub-d+mens+ons of the +ntervent+on group. A s+gn+f+cant d+fference was found between the +ntervent+on group's pre- and post-+ntervent+on subscales of SNAESS +nterpersonal or+entat+on and expert +nformat+on seek+ng. Result: It was determ+ned that compass+on educat+on +ncreased students' compass+on competenc+es and eth+cal sens+t+v+t+es. It +s recommended that compass+on educat+on programs us+ng +nteract+ve methods be +ntegrated +nto the undergraduate nurs+ng educat+on curr+culum so that students can ga+n knowledge, sk+lls and pos+t+ve car+ng behav+ors.
