Özet
Resim sanatını meydana getiren ana unsurlardan en önemlisi imgelerdir. Tarih boyunca resmin ilk örnekleri olarak kabul edilen mağara resimlerinden, günümüz postmodern resim sanatına kadar resimde kullanılan imgeler asıl öğe olmaya devam etmiştir. Dönemin şartlarından etkilenerek ve şekil değiştirerek ısrarla her dönem ve birçok sanatçı tarafından kullanılan imgelerin başında ise kadın imgesi yer almaktadır. Tarih boyunca kadın, kutsal bir varlık olarak özellikle doğurganlığıyla, yaşam döngüsünü sağlayan bir varlık olmuştur. Toplum ve kültür arasındaki en önemli köprü görevi kadına verilmiştir. Ancak tüm bu yüceltilmiş kadın imajına rağmen çok yakın bir tarih olan 19.yy. 'a kadar kadının bireysel haklarından bile söz etmek mümkün olmamıştır. Batı'da Sanayi Devrimi Osmanlı'da ise Tanzimat Fermanı'nın ilanı sonrasında toplumlarda modernleşme sürecinin başlaması ile kadın, sonunda evin dışına çıkabilen bir imge olmaktadır. Osmanlı'da sanat eğitimi veren okulların kurulması ve 20.yy. başlarında kız öğrencilerin de eğitim hayatına katılması ve 1924 yılında Cumhuriyet'in kuruluşu ile bu süreç hız kazanmaktadır. Bu gelişmelerle beraber feminizm kavramı ile kadın haklarını savunan feminist hareketler görülmeye başlar. Tüm bu sosyokültürel dönüşümler, siyasal ideolojiler, dinsel inanışlar sanatı etkilerken sanattaki değişimler de toplulukları etkileyen çift yönlü iletişim sürecini göstermektedir. Tarih boyunca farklı estetik yaklaşımlarla resim sanatına konu olan kadın imgesi, postmodern dönem Çağdaş Türk Resim sanatından seçmiş olduğumuz sanatçılar tarafından gerek kadın haklarının korunması gerekse de kapitalizmin metalaştırdığı kadın imgesine karşı eleştirel bir dille ve dönemin estetik anlayışına göre ana tema olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada yer verilen sanatçıların eserlerinde, betimsel analiz yöntemi ile Çağdaş Türk resim sanatı içerisinde kadın imgesi, dönemin estetik olguları ile ne şekilde var olmuş, eserlerde kadının toplumsal rolü nasıl aktarılmış sorularının cevapları aranmaktadır.

The most important of the main elements that make up the art of painting are images. Troughout history, from cave paintings, which are considered the first example of painting to today's post-modern painting, the images used in painting have continued to be the main elements. The image of women is of the images persistently used by many artists in every period and by changing shape and being influenced by the conditionsa of the period. With the beginning of the modrnization process in societies after the Industrial Revolution in the West and the declaration of the Tanzimat Edict in the Ottoman Empire, woman eventually became an image that could go outside the home. In other words, women have started to show their presence in the public sphare, but this is happening slowly over time. This process accelerated with the participation of female students in education at the beginning and the establishment of the Republich in 1924. With these developments, feminist movements that defend women's rights with the concept of feminism begin to appear. While all these socio-cultural transformations, political ideologies and religious beliefs affect art, changes in art also show the two-way communication process that affects communities. The female image, which has been the subject of painting with different aesthetic approaches throughout, history is used as the main theme by the artists we have selected from the postmodern period Contemporary Turkish Painting Art, both fort he protection of women's rights and the female image commodified by capitalism, in acritical language and according to the aesthetic understanding of the period. In the woks of the artists included in this study, answers to the questions of how the female image in Contemporary Turkish painting came into existence with the aesthetic phenomena of the period and how the social role of women was conveyed in the works are sought through the descriptive analysis method.
