Özet
Araştırma, hemşirelerin bilişim yetkinlikleri ve teknolojiye bağlı streslerinin iş performansları üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı kesitsel olarak gerçekleştirilen çalışmaya 147 hemşire alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında,“Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu”,“TIGER Temelli Hemşirelik Bilişimi Yetkinliklerini Değerlendirme Aracı”,“Tekno-stres Ölçeği”ve“Bireysel İş Performansı Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Veriler, t testi, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi, Pearson korelasyon ve linneer regresyon (stepwise) analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Lineer regresyon (stepwise) analizine göre TIGER Temelli Hemşirelik Bilişim Yetkinlikleri Değerlendirme Aracı'nın dört faktörü ve TSÖ'nin bir faktörü BİPÖ üzerinde etkili bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Söz konusu değişkenler BİPÖ toplam puanındaki değişimin %29.0'unu açıklamaktadır (R2= 0.290). Modele göre TSÖ'nin“Tekno-Karmaşıklık”alt boyut toplam puanı ile BİPÖ toplam puanının negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir (p<0.001). Lineer regresyon (stepwise) analizine göre teknostres ölçeğinin tekno-karmaşıklık alt boyutunun bireysel iş performansını negatif yönde etkilediği saptanmıştır (R2= 0.138, B= -0.305, p< 0.001). TIGER Temelli Hemşirelik Bilişim Yetkinlikleri Değerlendirme Aracı ve TSÖ toplam puanının BİPÖ toplam puanı üzerindeki lineer regresyon (stepwise) analizine göre TSÖ'nin model için anlamlı olduğu bulunmuştur. Modele göre TSÖ toplam puanı ile BİPÖ toplam puanının negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki gösterdiği belirlenmiştir (p<0.001). TSÖ toplam puanı bir birim arttıkça BİPÖ toplam puanı 0.3 birim azalmaktadır (B= -0.332, p< 0.001). Söz konusu değişken BİPÖ toplam puanındaki değişimin %12.0'sini açıklamaktadır (R2= 0.120). Sonuç olarak, hemşirelerin tekno-karmaşıklık ve genel teknostes düzeylerindeki artış ile bireysel iş performanslarının azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, hemşirelerin teknostres düzeylerinin azaltılmasına yönelik eğitimlerin verilmesi önerilmektedir.

The study revealed that nurses' informatics competences and technology-related stress are related to their job performance on the effect of the study on the behaviour of the patients in the study. Descriptive cross-sectional realised 147 nurses were included in the study. In data collection,“Introductory Characteristics Form”,“TIGER Based Nursing Informatics Competencies Assessment Tool”,“Techno-Stress Scale”and“Individual Work Performance Scale”was used. The data were evaluated by t test, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test, Pearson correlation and linear regression (stepwise) analysis. According to linear regression (stepwise) analysis, four factors of the TIGER-Based Nursing Informatics Competencies Assessment Tool and one factor of the TSS were found to be effective on the IWPS (p<0.05). These variables explain 29.0% of the change in IWPS total score (R2= 0.290). According to the model, it was determined that the total score of the 'techno-complexity' sub-dimension of the TSS and the total score of the IWPS showed a significant negative relationship (p<0.001). According to linear regression (stepwise) analysis, it was found that the techno-complexity sub-dimension of the technostress scale negatively affected individual work performance (R2= 0.138, B= -0.305, p< 0.001). According to the linear regression (stepwise) analysis of the TIGER-Based Nursing Informatics Competencies Assessment Tool and TSS total score on the IWPS total score, TSS was found to be significant for the model. According to the model, it was determined that TSS total score and IWPS total score showed a significant negative relationship (p<0.001). When TSS total score increases by one unit, IWPS total score decreases by 0.3 units (B= -0.332, p< 0.001). The variable in question explains 12.0% of the change in the total score (R2= 0.120). As a result, it was determined that nurses' individual work performance decreased with the increase in techno-complexity and general technostress levels. In line with these results, it is recommended to provide trainings to reduce the technostress levels of nurses.
