Özet
Wang Meng ( 王 蒙 ), çağdaş Çin edebiyatının en önemli ve en üretken yazarlarından biri olarak kabul edilir. Edebiyat dünyasında geniş bir yelpazede eserler vermiş olan Wang Meng, özellikle toplumsal ve siyasi konulara duyarlı roman ve hikâyeleriyle tanınmaktadır. Wang Meng'ın 1990 ve 2000 yılları arasında kaleme aldığı Jijie [Mevsimler] Serisi (季节系列) olarak bilinen dört romanını —“Aşk Mevsimi”(恋 爱的季节),“Kayıp Mevsimi”(失态的季节),“Tereddüt Mevsimi”(踌躇的季节) ve“Karnaval Mevsimi”(狂欢的季节) — Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nin kuruluşu sonrasında gerçekleşen önemli tarihi ve siyasi olaylar çerçevesinde dönemin toplumunu yansıtan zengin birer belge niteliğindedir. Yazarın kendi yaşamından ve gerçek hayattan esinlenerek kaleme aldığı bu eserler, çağdaş Çin'in toplumsal, siyasal, kültürel ve ekonomik yapısına ışık tutmaktadır. Bu çalışmada,“Mevsimler Serisi”, edebiyat sosyolojisi alanında Lucien Goldmann tarafından geliştirilen oluşumsal yapısalcı yöntem ile incelenmiştir. Romanlar üzerine metne dönük, içsel incelemeler yapılarak romanların iç dinamiğini oluşturan özellikler üzerine çalışılmıştır. Eserlerdeki toplumsal yapı ve ilişkiler üzerine incelemelerde bulunularak eserin toplumsal yapı içindeki yeri, yazarın ideolojisi ve dünya görüşü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Eserlerin içsel yapısı üzerine olan bu aşamadan sonra dışsal yapı üzerine incelemelerde bulunulmuş ve yazarın yaşadığı dönem, dönemin toplumsal, kültürel, siyasal ve ekonomik yapısı üzerine yapılan incelemelerle eserlerdeki tutarlılık ve/veya tutarsızlıklar saptanmıştır.

Wang Meng (王蒙) is considered one of the most important and prolific authors in contemporary Chinese literature. With a wide range of works in his repertoire, Wang Meng is particularly known for his novels and stories that are sensitive to social and political issues. His“Season Series”(季节系列), which consists of four novels written between the 1990s and 2000s —“Season of Love”(恋爱的季节),“Season of Loss”(失 态的季节),“Season of Hesitation”(踌躇的季节), and“Season of Carnival”(狂欢的季 节) — serves as a rich documentation of the significant historical and political events in the period following the founding of the People's Republic of China, reflecting the society of that era. These works, inspired by the author's own life and real events, shed light on the social, political, cultural, and economic structure of contemporary China. In this study, the“Season Series”has been analyzed using the Genetic Structuralism developed by Lucien Goldmann within the field of literary sociology. The novels were subjected to text-centered, intrinsic examinations to explore the features that constitute their internal dynamics. By analyzing the social structure and relationships depicted in these works, the study aims to determine the position of these novels within the social framework, as well as the author's ideology and worldview. Following this phase focused on the internal structure of the works, external examinations were conducted to evaluate the historical period in which the author lived, including the societal, cultural, political, and economic context of that time. This dual approach helped to identify consistencies and/or inconsistencies between the works and the context they reflect.
