Özet
Öğretmenlik, özel uzmanlık gerektiren bir meslektir. Öğretmen yetiştiren programların, öğretmen adaylarının meslek öncesi eğitim dönemlerinde, teorik olduğu kadar pratik olarak da öğretmenliğe hazırlandığı süreçler barındırması gerekmektedir. Öğretmen yetiştiren programlarda bulunan Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersi ile adaylar, öğretmenlik mesleğini gerçek sınıf ortamında tanıma ve mesleğe hazırlama imkanı elde etmektedirler. Öğretmenlik Uygulaması uzman gözetiminde elde etmektedirler. Öğretmenlik Uygulaması ile adaylara, öğretmenlik mesleğinin gerektirdiklerini gerçek sınıf ortamında, eğitim sürecinin paydaşlarıyla iç içe, yaşantı yoluyla görebilme ve kendisini bu sürece hazırlarken eksiklerini keşfedip giderebilme fırsatı sunulmaktadır. Cumhuriyet'in ilanından sonra, Tatbikat Mektepleriyle başlayan Öğretmenlik Uygulaması çalışmaları, zaman içinde önce Uygulama Okullarında, öğretmen yetiştirme görevinin üniversitelere devredilmesiyle de çevredeki resmi okullarda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tarihsel süreç incelendiğinde, modern eğitim anlayışının ülkeye girmesiyle, Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersinin öneminin kavrandığı ve dönemsel aksaklıklar yaşansa da sürekli olarak iyileştirilmesine çaba gösterildiği söylenebilir. Bu çalışmada, İlahiyat Fakültesi/İLİTAM Programı uygulama öğrencilerinin Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersine ilişkin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Çalışmaya Kocaeli, Yalova ve Sakarya üniversitelerinin İlahiyat Fakültesi/İLİTAM Programı öğrencisi 303 kişi katılmıştır ve katılımcılara“İlahiyat Fakültesi/İLİTAM Programı Öğretmen Adaylarının Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersi Değerlendirme Ölçeği”uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilerek ortaya çıkan bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında, katılımcılardan, İLİTAM Programına devam eden öğretmen adaylarının Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersinden istifade düzeylerinin, İlahiyat Fakültesine devam edenlerden yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim/fakülte durumu, formasyon belgesinin alındığı fakülte, genel not ortalaması ve uygulamalı ders anlatma sayısı gibi faktörlerin, adayların öğretmenlik uygulamasına ilişkin görüşlerini etkilediği görülmüştür.

Teaching is a profession that requires special expertise. Teacher training programs should include processes where teacher candidates are prepared for teaching both theoretically and practically during their pre-professional education periods. With the Teaching Practice Course in teacher training programs, candidates have the opportunity to get to know the teaching profession in a real classroom environment and prepare for the profession. They gain Teaching Practice under the supervision of an expert. With Teaching Practice, candidates are offered the opportunity to see what the teaching profession requires in a real classroom environment, with the stakeholders of the education process, through experience, and to discover and eliminate their deficiencies while preparing themselves for this process. After the declaration of the Republic, Teaching Practice studies, which started with the Practice Schools, were carried out in Practice Schools over time, and with the transfer of the teacher training task to universities, they were carried out in surrounding official schools. When the historical process is examined, it can be said that with the introduction of the modern education concept into the country, the importance of the Teaching Practice Course was understood and efforts were made to continuously improve it, despite periodic setbacks. In this study, the opinions of the students of the Faculty of Theology/ILITAM Program regarding the Teaching Practice Course were sought. 303 students of Kocaeli University Faculty of Theology/ILITAM Program participated in the study and the“Evaluation Scale of the Teacher Candidates of the Faculty of Theology/ILITAM Program Teaching Practice Course”was applied to the participants. The data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed with the descriptive analysis method and the findings were interpreted. When the results of the research are examined, it was seen that the participants who continue to the ILITAM Program benefited from the Teaching Practice Course more than those who continue to the Faculty of Theology. It was observed that factors such as gender, age, education/faculty status, faculty where the formation certificate was obtained, general grade point average and the number of practical lessons affected the candidates' opinions regarding teaching practice.
