Özet
“Bilimsel Tefsir Bağlamında Kur'ân'da Bulut”isimli bu çalışmamız giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, önemi, amacı, metodu, işlenişi, kapsamı ve kaynakları ele alınıp çalışma ile ilgili kısa ve temel bilgiler özetle verilmiştir. Araştırmamızın birinci bölümünde; Bilimsel tefsir konusunu ele alıp Bilimsel Tefsirin Tanımı, Bilimsel Tefsir, Bilimsel Tefsirin Tarihsel Gelişimi, Bilimsel Tefsiri Savunanlar ve Bilimsel Tefsire Karşı Çıkanlar olarak beş başlık halinde ele alınmıştır.“Bilimsel Veriler Işığında Bulutlar”başlıklı ikinci bölümde; Bulutlar Nasıl Oluşur, Bulutların Sınıflandırılması, Bulutluluğun Dağılımı ve İlerleyişi, Bulutları Aşılayan Rüzgâr, Bulutların Beyaz Renkte Oluşu, Bulutlardan Çıkan Yağmur, Kar, Dolu ve Şimşek ve Bulut Tohumlama ve Yapay Yağış olarak yedi başlık halinde ele alınıp gerekli araştırmalarla konu desteklenmiştir. Kur'ân'da Bulut başlıklı üçüncü ve son bölümde; Kur'ân'da Geçen el-Ğamam, es-Sehab ve el-Müzn Kelimeleri ile Kur'ân'da Bulutla İlgili Geçen Ayetler ve Tefsirleri olarak iki başlık halinde ele alıp Kur'ân-ı Kerim'de tespit ettiğimiz ayetleri konunun önemine binaen etraflıca incelenmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölüme çalışırken ilk dönem tefsir kaynakları başta olmak üzere günümüze kadar yazılan tefsir çalışmalarından bir kısım tefsirlere ulaşarak onlardan istifade edilmiştir. Araştırmamızın sonuç bölümünde ise ortaya koyduğumuz hususların genel olarak bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

Cloud in the Qur'an in the Context of Scientific Tafsir This study consists of an introduction, three main chapters, and a conclusion section. In the introduction, the topic, importance, purpose, methodology, structure, scope, and sources of the research are discussed, and a brief summary of the essential information regarding the study is provided. In the first chapter of our research, the concept of scientific tafsir is addressed, divided into five sections: Definition of Scientific Tafsir, Scientific Tafsir, Historical Development of Scientific Tafsir, Supporters of Scientific Tafsir, and Opponents of Scientific Tafsir. In the second chapter titled Clouds in the Light of Scientific Data, seven sections are discussed: How Clouds Form, Classification of Clouds, Distribution and Progression of Cloudiness, The wind that surpasses the clouds, Why Clouds Appear White, Rain, Snow, Hail, and Lightning from Clouds, and Cloud Seeding and Artificial Precipitation, with necessary research supporting the topic. The third and final section, Cloud in the Qur'an, is divided into two subheadings: the words al-Ghamam, as-Sahab, and al-Muzn mentioned in the Qur'an, and the verses related to clouds in the Qur'an along with their tafsirs. In this section, the verses identified in the Qur'an have been thoroughly examined based on their significance. Additionally, tafsir works from the early periods to the present have been consulted to benefit from their insights. In the conclusion section of our research, a general evaluation of the points discussed throughout the study is made.
