Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin yönetim süreçlerinin etkililiği ile okullardaki sosyal sermaye algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek ve bazı demografik değişkenlere göre öğretmenlerin yönetim süreçlerinin etkililiği ile sosyal sermaye algılarının anlamlı bir şekilde farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırma, nicel yöntemlere dayanarak betimsel ve ilişkisel tarama modelleri çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini; 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılında Kahramanmaraş ili merkez ilçelerinde (Onikişubat ve Dulkadiroğlu) bulunan resmî ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 9746 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak ulaşılabilen 427 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu, Gül (2017) tarafından geliştirilen“Yönetim Süreçlerinin Etkililiği Ölçeği”ve Polatcan (2017) tarafından geliştirilen“Okullarda Sosyal Sermaye Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Analizler ve hesaplamalar istatistik programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, Tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Bağımsız Örneklem t-testi, Pearson Korelasyon Analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin yüksek düzeyde yönetim süreçlerinin etkililiği algısına, orta düzeyde sosyal sermaye algısına sahip OKULLARDA YÖNETİM SÜREÇLERİNİN ETKİLİĞİ İLE SOSYAL SERMAYE ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ II oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin yönetim süreçlerinin etkililiği algıları; medeni durum, okul çevresinin sosyoekonomik düzeyi ve yöneticinin öğrenim durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Sosyal sermaye algıları ise cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, öğrenim durumu, okul türü, okuldaki öğrenci sayısı, mesleki kıdem, bulunduğu okuldaki hizmet süresi, okul çevresinin sosyoekonomik düzeyi ve yöneticinin öğrenim durumu değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmıştır. Yapılan Pearson Korelasyon analizinde hem ölçekler genelinde hem de alt boyutlar düzeyinde öğretmenlerin yönetim süreçlerinin etkililiği algıları ile sosyal sermaye algıları arasında orta ve yüksek düzeyde pozitif anlamlı ilişki bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre, yönetim süreçlerinin etkililiğine ilişkin öğretmen algıları ile sosyal sermaye algıları arasındaki ilişkinin, varyansın %55'ini açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. Her iki değişkene ait bulgular, literatürdeki diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak tartışılmış ve öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of the management processes of teachers working in educational institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and their perceptions of social capital in schools and to reveal whether there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the management processes of teachers and their perceptions of social capital according to some demographic variables. The research was carried out within the framework of descriptive and relational screening models based on quantitative methods. The universe of the research consists of 9746 teachers working in official primary, secondary and high schools in the central districts of Kahramanmaraş province (Onikişubat and Dulkadiroğlu) in the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 427 teachers who could be reached using the stratified sampling method. The personal information form, the“Effectiveness of Management Processes Scale”developed by Gul (2017) and the“Social Capital Scale in Schools”developed by Polatcan (2017) were used as data collection tools in the research. Analyses and calculations were carried out with a statistical program. In the analysis of data, One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Independent Sample t-test, Pearson Correlation Analysis were used. EXAMINATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT PROCESSES İN SCHOOLS AND SOCIAL CAPITAL IV According to the findings obtained from the research, it was determined that the teachers who participated in the research had a high level of perception of the effectiveness of management processes and a medium level of perception of social capital. As a result of the research, teachers' perceptions of the effectiveness of management processes showed significant differences according to the variables of marital status, socioeconomic level of the school environment and educational background of the administrator. Social capital perceptions, on the other hand, showed statistically significant differences according to the variables of gender, marital status, age, educational background, school type, number of students in the school, professional seniority, service period in the current school, socioeconomic level of the school environment and educational background of the administrator. In the Pearson Correlation analysis, it was determined that there was a medium and high level positive significant relationship between the perceptions of the effectiveness of management processes of teachers and their perceptions of social capital both in terms of scales and sub-dimensions. Accordingly, it was determined that the relationship between teacher perceptions of the effectiveness of management processes and social capital perceptions explained 55% of the variance. The findings of both variables were discussed by comparing them with other studies in the literature and suggestions were developed.
