Özet
İnsan doğduğundan itibaren kendisini din ve inanç kavramı içersinde bulur. Bireyin gerek bir dine bağlanması gerekse edindiği kültür bireye doğrudan ya da doğal olarak bir rol biçer. Din ve inanç bağlamındaki bu rol konusunu insandan alan edebî eserlere bir şekilde yansır. Birçok edebî türde bu içeriği görmekle birlikte hikâye türünde de bu yaklaşımı görmek mümkündür.1896-1910 arası Türk edebiyatında Servetifunun ve onun etkisinin devam ettiği bir dönemdir. Bu tarihler II. Abdülhamit' in etkisinin yoğun hissedildiği bir devredir. Bu dönemin etkileri edebî eserlerde de görülür. Yazarların sosyal meselelerden çok bireysel konulara yöneldikleri görülür. Bu çalışmada, 1896-1910 yılları arasında yayımlanan hikâyeler din ve inançalgısıbağlamında incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, belirtilen yıllar arasında dokuz yazar yüz altmış üç hikâyesiyle incelenmiştir. Hikâyelerin incelenmesinde kronolojik sıra gözetilmiştir. Önce hikâye özetleri sunulmuş daha sonra din ve inanç bağlamında hikâyelerdeğerlendirilmiştir. Bu şekilde 1896- 1910 arası Türk hikâyelerinin din ve inanç algısı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İki bölüm hâlinde düzenlenen çalışmanın önce hikâye özetleri daha sonra da hikâyelerin din ve inanç yönü başlıklar hâlinde verilmiştir. Önce din, sanat, hikâye kavramları üzerinde durulmuş, teorik bilgiler verilmiştir. Bir de hikâyelerin özetleri ile kahramanları aktarılmıştır. Daha sonra Türk edebiyatı din ve inanç bağlamında dönemsel olarak incelenmiş, içerik örneklerle desteklenmiştir. İlerleyen sayfalarda kendi içersinde din, iman, ahiret, batıl inançlar gibi başlıklarla konu açıklanmış ve hikâyeden alıntılarla konu desteklenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonundaise tezin içeriğinden hareketle belirlenen ortaklıklarla elde edilenler tespit edilip kısaca yorumlanmıştır. Teze konu olan hikâyelerde, tema, olay ve kahramanlara odaklanılmış özellikle mekân unsurunun din ve inanç algısı bağlamındaki durumuna vurgu yapılmıştır. Hikâyelerde din ve inanç algısı hikâye kahramanlarının hayat tarzını yansıtan bir durum olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Daha çok kişisel problemler, aşk, evlilik konuları dönemin şartları ve yazarların yaratılışları gereği hikâyelerde yer edinen konulardır. Dönem hikâyelerinde din duygusunun bireyler üzerinde zayıf olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

Fromthe moment a person is born, they find them selves with in the concept of religion and belief. Whether an individual is attached to a religion or the culture they acquire assigns a role to the individual naturallyor naturally. This role in the context of religion and belief is some how reflected in literary Works that take the irsubject from humans. While this content is seen in many literary genres, it is also possible to see this approach in the story genre. The period between 1896-1910 is a period in which Servetifunan ditsinfluence continued in Turkish literature. This period is a period when the influence of the reign of Abdulhamid II was felt intensely. The effects of this period are also seen in literary works. It is seen that he writer stended to individual issues rather than sociali ssues. In this study, the stories published between 1896-1910 were examined in the context of the perception of religion and belief. In the study, nine writers were examined with one hundred and sixty-three stories between the specified years. Chronological order was observed in the examination of the stories. First, story summaries were presented, and then the stories were evaluated in the context of religion and belief. In this way, the perception of religion and belief in Turkish stores between 1896-1910 was tried to be determined. In the study organized in two parts, first the story summaries and then the religion and belief aspects of the stories were given undertitles. First, the concepts of religion, art, story were emphasized and the or eticalin formation was given. Then, the summaries and hero es of the stories were conveyed. Then, Turkish literature was examined periodically in the context of religion and belief, and the content was supported with examples. In the following pages, the subject was explained with titles such as religion, faith, after life, super stitions and the subject was supported with quotes from the story. At the end of the study, the commonalities determined based on the content of the thes is were determined and the study was briefly interpreted. In the stories that are the subject of the thes is, the focus was on the the me, event and heroes, and especially the situation of the place element in the context of the perception of religion and belief was emphasized. In the stories, the perception of religion and belief appeared as a situation reflecting the life style of the story heroes. More personal problems, love, marriage issues are the subjects that take place in the stories due to the conditions of the period and the nature of the writers. In the stories of the period, it was observed that the feeling of religion was weak on individuals.
