Özet

ÖZET Evcil Hayvanlarda Serum Lipit, Total Protein ve Lipoprotein Düzeylerinin Araştırılması Lipitler, suda çözünmeyen, benzen, eter, kloroform gibi organik çözücülerde çözünen heterojen bileşiklerin bir grubudur. Hayvansal ve bitkisel organizmada bulunan lipitler, canlının hücre ve dokularında depolanmış haldeki enerjinin kaynağım oluştururlar. Lipoproteinler, suda çözünmeyen lipitlerin kanda çözünebilen lipit ve protein kompleksleri halinde taşınması için bir araç görevi üstlenirler. Bu araştırma ile bazı evcil hayvanlardaki serum total kolesterol, trigliserit, total protein düzeyleri ve lipoprotein tiplerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmada, sağlıklı 20 çekim atı, 16 İsviçre Esmeri (Brown Swiss) inek, 18 İvesi x Akkaraman koyun, 10 Van Kedisi, 16 sokak köpeği ve 20 Broyler (Ross PM3) tavuk kullanıldı. İncelenen evcil hayvanlardaki total kolesterol, trigliserit ve total protein düzeyleri enzimatik kolorimetrik metot ile lipoprotein tipleri (VLDL, LDL ve HDL) ise elektroforetik olarak belirlendi. Serum total kolesterol düzeyleri, at, inek, koyun, Van Kedisi, köpek ve tavukta sırasıyla, 80.25+0.56 mg/dl, 115.19±0.79 mg/dl, 63.67±0.57 mg/dl, 102.30+0.42 mg/dl, 219.25+0.92 mg/dl ve 135.20+0.98 mg/dl, serum trigliserit miktarları, at, inek, koyun, Van Kedisi, köpek ve tavukta sırasıyla, 29.25+0.38 mg/dl, 14.16±0.24 mg/dl, 49.16+ 0.57 mg/dl, 46.90±0.48 mg/dl, 54.56±0.71, 90.65±0.91 mg/dl, total protein düzeyleri ise at, inek, koyun, Van Kedisi, köpek ve tavukta sırasıyla, 7.17±0.08 g/dl, 7.60+0.05 g/dl, 7.25±0.07 g/dl, 8.95+0.06 g/dl, 6.10+0.13 g/dl ve 3.05+0.08 g/dl olarak tespit edildi. Elektroforetik olarak gerçekleştirilen lipoprotein analizlerinde, VLDL, LDL ve HDL düzeyleri sırasıyla, atta % 19,68±0.68, % 33.39+0.59, % 46.96+0.68, inekte, % 13.37±0.25, % 24.22+0.57, % 59.68±0.69, koyunda % 22.20+0.28, % 32.80+0.55 % 44.72+0.90, Van Kedilerinde % 10.15+0.26, % 20.0510.54,% 69.67±0.64, köpekte, % 15.99+0.36, % 30.42+0.32, % 53.72±0.74 ve tavukta % 17.6510.56, % 28.2810.67, % 52.2111.09 oranında bulundu. Çalışmada elde edilen normal değerler, veteriner hekimlikte lipit metabolizması ile ilgili çeşitli hastalıkların teşhis ve tedavisinde kullanıla bilineceği gibi, Van Kedilerinde belirlenen lipoprotein tiplerinin ise literatürde ilk olması nedeniyle öncül ve önemli bir yanı vardır.

SUMMARY Investigation of The Serum Lipid, Total Protein and Lipoproteins Levels in Domestic Animals The lipids are groups of composed of heterogen which can dissolve in certain organic solvents like benzene ether, choloroform but not in water. They are principal source of energy stored in cell and tissues of both animals and plants. Lipoprotein is the principle shape of lipid transported in blood because of insolubility of the lipids in water, they are completed with proteins, easily dissolved and transported by the intermediary of blood to tissues. In this study, it was intended to determine the levels of total protein, tryglycerides, cholesterol and lipoprotein in some domestic animals. As live animal material, 20 drag horses, 16 Brown Swiss cows, 18 Ivesi x Akkaraman crossed sheep, 10 Van Cat, 16 street dogs, 20 Broiler chicken (Ross PM3) were used. All were healthy and fed with balanced diet. The levels of total cholesterol, tryglyceride and total protein were determined colorimetrically; types and the serum levels of lipoproteins (VLDL, LDL, HDL) were found electrophoretically. In horse, cow, sheep, Van Cat, dog and chicken, the levels of serum total cholesterol have been estimated 80.25±0.56 mg/dl, 115.19+0.79 mg/dl, 63.67±0.57 mg/dl, 102.30+0.42 mg/dl, 219.25±0.92 mg/dl and 135.20+0.98 mg/dl, the amounts of serum triglyceride were 29.25+0.38 mg/dl, 14.16 mg/dl, 49.16+0.57 mg/dl, 46.90+0.48 mg/dl, 54.56±0.71, 90.65+0.91 mg/dl. On the other hand, total protein levels were 7.17 ±0.08 g/dl, 7.60+0.05 g/dl, 7.25+0.07 g/dl, 8.95+0.06 g/dl, 6.10+0.13 g/dl and 3.05+ 0.08 g/dl, respectively. In the electrophoretic lipoprotein analyzes, VLDL, LDL and HDL levels have been found as 19,68+0.68 %, 33.39+0.59 %, 46.96±0.68 % in horse, 13.37+0.25 %, 24.22+0.57 %, 59.68+0.69 % in cow, 22.20+0.28 %, 32.80±0.55 %, 44.72+0.90 % in sheep, 10.15+0.26 %, 20.05+0.54 %, 69.67±0.64 % in Van Cat, 15.99+0.36 %, 30.42 +0.32 %, 53.72±0.74 % in dog and finally, 17.65+0.56 %, 28.28+0.67 %, 52.21+1.09 % in chicken, respectively. As conclusion; values obtained can be used in veterinary science in the diagnosis and the processing of a certain disease associated with the metabolism of lipids. In lipoprotein of addition the types and levels in Van Cat has importance. Because special that was the first state and research in Van Cat.
