Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, girişimcilerde pozitif psikolojik sermaye ve işe tutkunluk arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koyarak, girişimcilerin pozitif psikolojik sermayelerinin, işe tutkunluk düzeylerindeki etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Çalışmanın örneklemini KOSGEB veritabanı aracılığıyla ulaşılan ve Türkiye genelinde aktif olarak faaliyet gösteren 798 gerçek girişimci oluşturmaktadır. Anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilen verilerin analizi için, SPSS 26.0 ile AMOS 26 programları kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda yapılan analizler sonucunda, pozitif psikolojik sermaye ve alt boyutları (özyeterlilik, iyimserlik, umut, dayanıklılık) ile işe tutkunluk ve alt boyutları (dinçlik, özümseme, adanmışlık) arasında da pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bunun yanında girişimcilerin pozitif psikolojik sermayeleri, işe tutkunluk düzeylerini anlamlı biçimde (%20) etkilemektedir. Elde edilen bulgular araştırma hipotezlerini desteklemiştir. Grup farklılıkları analizine göre ise kadın girişimcilerin psikolojik sermaye ve işe tutkunluk düzeylerinin erkek girişimcilere göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between positive psychological capital and work engagement among entrepreneurs and to determine the effect of entrepreneurs' positive psychological capital on their levels of work engagement. The sample of the study consists of 798 real entrepreneurs who are actively operating throughout Turkey and were reached through the KOSGEB database. The data obtained using the survey method were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26 software. The analyses conducted in this regard revealed a positive and significant relationship between positive psychological capital and its sub-dimensions (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience) and work engagement and its sub-dimensions (vitality, absorption, dedication). In addition, entrepreneurs' positive psychological capital significantly affects their levels of work engagement (by 20%). The findings support the research hypotheses. According to the group differences analysis, female entrepreneurs were found to have higher levels of psychological capital and work engagement than male entrepreneurs.
