Özet
Romantik dönemin İsponyol asıllı Fransız bestecisi Édouard Lalo'nun (1823-1892) viyolonsel repertuvarına kazandırdığı re minör viyolonsel konçertosu günümüzde konser salonlarında sıklıkla seslendirilen, ileri düzey olarak nitelendirilen başat eserlerden biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu araştırmada, konçertodaki viyolonsel çalma tekniklerinin incelenmesi ve belirlenen zorluklara yönelik çalışma önerileri getirilmesi amacıyla, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz modelleri kullanılmıştır. İnceleme sonucunda konçertoda kullanılan çalma tekniklerinin ölçü bazında frekans ve yüzdeleri: legato f500 - %73,85, pozisyon değiştirme f473 - %69,86, detaşe f388 - %57,31, ajilite f232 - %34,26, yay herketlerinde ritmik kesinlik f127 - %18,75 olarak belirlenmiştir. Konçertonun teknik içeriğine yönelik bu saptama, teknik zorlukların incelenmesi için bir çerçeve oluşturmuştur. Literatür ve bulgular çerçevesinde belirlenen teknik zorlukların İspanyol dans ve müzikleriyle ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Konçertoda geçen teknik zorluklara ilişkin 42 adet pozisyon değiştirme, 14 adet ajilite, 16 adet yay herketlerinde ritmik kesinlik olmak üzere toplam 72 adet alıştırma yazılmış ve bu alıştırmaların nasıl çalışılacağı açıklanmıştır. Alıştırmalar, konçertodaki zorlayıcı müzikal pasajlardan ritmik ve melodik varyasyonlar türetilmesine dayanmaktadır. Ayrıca bu alıştırmalar, ele alınan tekniği aşamalı bir şekilde çalıştırmaktadır. Çalışma önerileri, araştırmacının perspektifinden, literatür ve araştırma bulguları doğrultusunda oluşturulmuştur. Lalo'nun besteciliği ve müzikal anlayışına da yer verilen bu araştırmanın, konçertoyu icra etmek isteyen öğrenci ve çellistlere, alanda çalışmalar yapacak araştırmacılara kaynak oluşturması amaçlanmıştır.

Édouard Lalo (1823-1892), a French composer of Spanish origin from the Romantic period, contributed to the cello repertoire with a cello concerto in D minor. Today, this concerto is considered to be one of the leading works, frequently performed in concert halls and regarded as an advanced piece. In this study, content analysis and descriptive analysis models, which are qualitative research methods, were used to examine the cello playing techniques in the concerto and to propose practice suggestions for the identified difficulties. The results of the analysis show that the frequencies and percentages of the playing techniques used in the concerto are as follows: legato f500 - 73.85%, position shifting f473 - 69.86%, detaché f388 - 57.31%, agility f232 - 34.26%, rhythmic precision in bow movements f127 - 18.75%. This determination of the concerto's technical content served as the framework for analyzing the technical difficulties. It has been observed that the technical difficulties identified within the framework of the literature and findings are related to Spanish dance and music. A total of 72 exercises have been written to address the technical difficulties encountered in the concerto, including 42 shifting, 14 agility, and 16 rhythmic precision in bow movements. The exercises and their practice have been explained. The exercises are based on deriving rhythmic and melodic variations from the challenging musical passages in the concerto. Furthermore, it addresses the technique in a step-by-step manner. The practice suggestions have been developed from the researcher's perspective, based on the literature and research findings. This research, which also reveals Lalo's compositional and musical perspective, aims to serve as a resource for students and cellists who wish to perform the concerto, as well as for researchers conducting studies in the field.
