Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı araçların seyir bilgilerine uzaktan eri¸sebilen ve Motorola, GPS ve GSM teknolojilerini kullanan bir kit oluşturmak için ortaya bir yöntem koymaktır. Bu tezde araçların seyir bilgilerine erişen ekonomik bir prototipin geliştirme süreci anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca bu tezde bilgisayar üzerinde çalı¸san yazılımla örnek bir sistem açıklanmıştır. Bu uygulama güvenlik şirketleri, polis, sivil kullanıcılar gibi çeşitli alanlardaki konuyla ilgili ihtiyaç sahiplerine çözüm sunmayı amaçlar. Bu tezde ayrıca GPS sinyal güvenilirliğinin geliştirilmesi konusunda da işaret edilmiştir.

The main objective with this thesis was to develop a method for assembling a kit that uses Motorola, GPS and GSM technologies to enable remote access to vehicles' navigation data. In this thesis, the development process of an economic prototype that accesses vehicles' navigation data is described. Furthermore, an example system running on a computer software is explained in this thesis. This application aims to provide solutions for various stakeholders such as security companies, police, and civilian users. This thesis also highlights the improvement of GPS signal reliability.
