Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı öğrencilerin müzik dersine yönelik yüklemelerinin, okul iklimine nasıl bir etki yarattığını incelemektir. Bu araştırmada, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla iki ayrı ölçekten yararlanılmıştır. Birinci veri toplama aracı, öğrencilerin müzik dersine yönelik yüklemelerini ölçmeye yönelik olarak hazırlanmış ve tutum, öğrenme ortamı, ders dışı müziksel ortam, blok flüt ve yetenek alt boyutlarından oluşmaktadır. İkinci veri toplama aracı ise, öğrencilerin okul iklimine yönelik algılarını ölçmek amacıyla geliştirilmiş olup, destekleyici öğretmen davranışları, başarı odaklılık ve güvenli öğrenme ortamı alt boyutlarını kapsamaktadır. Ayrıca, katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini elde etmek amacıyla kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 30 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, öğrencilerin müzik dersini nasıl değerlendirdiklerinin, okul iklimine ilişkin algılarını anlamlı biçimde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Özellikle müzik dersi öğrenme ortamının olumlu algılanması, öğrencilerin hem öğretmenlerin destekleyici davranışlarını hem de okulun başarı odaklılığını daha güçlü hissetmelerine katkıda bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin müzik dersine yönelik olumlu yüklemeleri ve dersin olumlu bir öğrenme ortamı sunması, okul ikliminin gelişimine katkı sağlamaktadır. Müzik derslerinin okul iklimine olan bu olumlu etkisinin güçlendirilmesi için, dersin öğrenci merkezli, katılımcı ve çok yönlü tasarlanması; öğrencilerin müziksel özgüvenlerini ve yeteneklerini destekleyici uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılması önerilmektedir.

The aim of this research is to examine how students' attributions to music lessons affect the school climate. This research utilized a correlational survey model, a quantitative research method. Two separate scales were used to collect data. The first data collection tool was designed to measure students' attributions to music lessons and consisted of sub-dimensions of attitude, learning environment, extracurricular musical environment, recorder, and talent. The second data collection tool was developed to measure students' perceptions of the school climate and included sub-dimensions of supportive teacher behaviors, achievement orientation, and a safe learning environment. Additionally, a personal information form was used to obtain participants' demographic information. SPSS 30 software was used to analyze the data. The findings show that how students evaluate music lessons significantly affects their perceptions of the school climate. In particular, a positive perception of the music lesson learning environment contributed to students feeling both the supportive behaviors of teachers and the school's achievement orientation more strongly. In conclusion, students' positive attributions to music lessons and the lesson providing a positive learning environment contribute to the development of the school climate. To strengthen this positive impact of music lessons on the school climate, it is recommended that the lesson be designed in a student-centered, participatory, and multifaceted way; and that practices supporting students' musical self-confidence and abilities be widespread.
