Özet
Ekoturizmin gelişimi sonucunda turizmin tüm yıla yayılacak aktiviteler sağlaması nedeni ile önemli bir turizm çeşidi olarak görülmektedir. Giresun ilinin ekoturizm açısından önemli kaynaklara sahip destinasyonlardan biri olması nedeni ile bu destinasyonlarda faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinin performansları önem taşımaktadır. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada Giresun ili ekoturizm destinasyonlarında faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinin performans kriterlerinin belirlenmesi ve en ideal otel işletmesinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden Swara ve Topsis yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada swara analizleri sonucunda elde edilen bulgularda doluluk oranı (%12,40) en önemli otel işletme performansı kriteri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu kriter ile birlikte müşteri memnuniyeti (%12,20) ve hizmet kalitesi (%12,10) kriterleri de diğer önemli kriterler olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu kriterlerin ardından sırası ile karlılık oranı (%11,05), fiziksel kalite (%10,15), ulaşım hizmetleri (%9,75), finansal durum (%8,24) ve bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımı (%7,55) olarak belirlenmiştir. Topsis analiz bulguları sonucunda ise A1 oteli, Giresun ili ekoturizm destinasyonlarında faaliyet gösteren ve performans açısından en iyi otel olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Giresun ili ekoturizmini geliştirmek için otellerin performanslarını sistemli olarak ele alması önerilmektedir.

As a result of the development of ecotourism, it is seen as an important type of tourism due to the fact that tourism provides activities that will spread throughout the year. Since Giresun province is one of the destinations with important resources in terms of ecotourism, the performance of hotel enterprises operating in these destinations is important. In this context, the study aimed to determine the performance criteria of hotel enterprises operating in ecotourism destinations of Giresun province and to reveal the most ideal hotel enterprise. In the study, Swara and Topsis methods, which are multi-criteria decision-making methods, were used. In the findings obtained as a result of swara analyses in the study, occupancy rate (12.40%) was determined as the most important hotel enterprise performance criterion. Along with this criterion, customer satisfaction (12.20%) and service quality (12.10%) criteria were also determined as other important criteria. Following these criteria, profitability rate (11.05%), physical quality (10.15%), transportation services (9.75%), financial status (8.24%) and use of information technologies (7.55%) were determined, respectively. As a result of the Topsis analysis findings, A1 hotel was determined to be the best hotel in terms of performance operating in the ecotourism destinations of Giresun province. The study concludes that, in order to develop ecotourism in Giresun province, hotels should systematically review their performance.
