LOJİSTİK SİSTEMDE YER ALAN ULAŞTIRMA HİZMETİNDE KARŞILAŞILAN PROBLEMLER VE BİR MODEL İNCELEMESİ ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Ferhan IŞIK GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Şubat 2001 ÖZET Dağıtım sisteminin temelini teşkil eden, Ulaştırma Sistemini, ulaştırma ağını bir anlamda kan damarlarına benzeterek daha iyi anlaşılabilir. Ulaştırma; insanın ve eşyanın kısa mesafeden, uzun mesafelere kadar, en basit şekliyle bir yerden bir yere yer değiştirme faaliyeti olarak özetlemek mümkündür. Ulaştırma sektörü ekonomik faaliyetlerin içerisinde yer almasının yanısıra, değer yaratan bir faaliyet olmasından dolayı ekonomiye, dolayısıyla tasarrufa büyük önem verilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu ister sivil sektör için olsun, isterse askeri alanda olsun geçerlidir. Bir taraftan pahalı sistemler yerine daha ucuz sistemlere, aynı şekilde pahalıya mal olan yakıtlar yerine, ucuz yakıtlara doğru tercihler yaparken, öbür taraftan faaliyetlerde maliyetleri yükselten her türlü girdide de azami tasarrufa riayet etmek gerekmektedir.Sekiz bölümden oluşan, çalışmada güdülen amaç; lojistik sistem ve bunun içerisinde yer alan ulaştırma hizmetinin tanıtılarak, Kara Kuvvetleri'nin bünyesinde bulunan birliklerin ihtiyaç duyacağı ikmal maddelerini, ana depodan birliklere, istenen yerde, istenen miktarda ve istenen zamanda en ekonomik bir şekilde dağıtımını sağlamaktır. Bunun için, doğrusal programlama tekniği kullanılarak bir ulaştırma problemi örneklendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Böylece ana depodan birliklere yapılacak sevkiyat işleminde, yardımcı depoların stok seviyeleri istenen düzeyde tutulması sağlanacaktır. in THE PROBLEMS IN THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM, WHICH IS A PART OF LOGİSTİCS AND A CASE STUDY ( M.Sc. Thesis ) Ferhan IŞIK GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY February 2001 ABSTRACT The importance of transportation system which constitutes the base of a delivery system can be well understood by comparing the transportation web to blood vessels. Transportation is simply the displacement of a material / goods from one place to another. Transportation sector adds value to the economic activities and should be dealt with great care to provide savings and economy. This applies both to the military and the civil sector. As there is a switch to cheaper systems from from the more costly ones, there should also be a switch to preferences that will bring savings from costly inputs.IV This thesis provides a solution to distribute the needed supplies from a main depot to the units at a requested place, quantity and time economically with the“ transportation problem ”methodology. As a result, for a delivery process from a main depot to the secondary ones, a model which shows the optimal levels of inventory of the secondary depots and routes from the main depots to the secondary ones is presented. The purpose of this study which has eight chapter, is to distribute the supply items, that the Turkish Land Forces will need, from main stores to the units on right time, place and in an economic way by introducing the logistic systems and transportation services within this system. For this purpose, a transportation problem is illustrated by using linear programing technigue. By using this technig the stock level in secondary stores will remain on an appropriate level.
