BODRUM KENTİNDEKİ TURİZM POTANSİYELİ PLANLAMA VE UYGULAMA SÜREÇLERİ SONUÇLAR VE ÖZGÜN KENTSEL Ö?ELERLE ÇATIŞMALAR Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Suat ORGUN (ÇETİNKAYA) GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Şubat 1990 ÖZ Toplumların yapısıyla oluşturulan politikalar ve ilgili siyasal çevre ve uygulamalar gelişme ile doğrudan bir etkileşim içindedir. Bu kabulle, ülke bütünündeki politik yapılarca bölgesel verilere ve potansiyellere göre saptanan makro kararların Bodrum Kenti 'ne (ve yarımada) etkileri aşamalı olarak dönemlere göre incelenerek gelişmenin ağırlıklı sektörel yapıya göre (TURİZM) açıklaması yapılacaktır. Özetle bu çalışma, mevcut sistem ve yapılanma biçimleri doğrultusunda özellikle Bodrum'u tanımlayan ve gelişmedeki tüm potansiyelleri ile ve özellikle de temel girdi olan“Turizm Olgusu ve talebinin gerektirdiklerini planlamak”genel çerçevesine, getiri ve götürüleri ile birlikte, onun içeriğini gerektiğinde sorgulayarak bakmak ve sonuçlarını özgün değerleri /yerel kültür değerleri bütününde yorumlamak (korumak anlamında) amacını taşımaktadır.

III THE PLANNING AND APPLICATION STAGES-EVENTS WITH TOURISM POTENTIAL IN BODRUM; RESULTS AND CONFLICTS WITH ORIGINAL URBANIZATION FACTORS (M.Sc. thesis) Suat ORGUN (ÇETÎNKAYA) GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY February 1990 ABSTRACT The policies to be made in accordance with the structure of the societies and concerned political environment and applications have a direct relations with the development. With this acceptance the effects of the macro decision to be rendered in accordance with the political structure, regional hypothesis and potentials across the country for BODRUM Town (and peninsula) shall be in step by step, and shall be reviewed by periods, and explanation of (TOURISM) development shall be made in accordance with the sectorial structure. As a summary this study intends to plan the requirements brought forward by the TOURISM EVENT and request in the direction of the existing system and modes of structures and by taking into consideration all potentials and specialties in its natural structure, which particulary identify BODRUM, and also to carry the purpose looking at the general framework what has been received and what has been gone, and investigate the content and interprete the results in original values and local cultural remains (Means protection ).
