Özet

ÖZET Türkiye'de kadının durumu, kooperatiflere katılımının rolü ve önemi konulu çalışmada, kadının durumu istihdam açısından ele alınmıştır. Kadının istihdam sorununun çözümünde ise kooperatif faaliyetlere katılımının etkili bir rol oynayacağı noktasından, hareket edilmiştir. Dünyanın her yerinde, tüm kalkınma programlarında, kadınlara verilen rol her geçen gün artmaktadır. Kooperatif, kadınların bugüne kadar etkinlik kuramadıkları sosyo-ekonomik ve hukuksal alanlarda etkili olmalarını sağlayacak bir demokrasiye sahiptir. Kooperatifler, çalıştığı halde temel haklarını almada, önlerinde engeller bulunan kadınlara, çalışmalarının karşılığını almalarını sağlar. Bir çok ülkede, kadının özellikle, kooperatifçilik hareketine katkısı fark edilerek bu konuda bir çok çalışma yapılmıştır. Uluslararası birçok kuruluş fonlarının büyük bir kısmını kalkınmada etkin bir araç olarak gördükleri kooperatiflere ayırmıştır. Ülkemizde bu konunun önemi henüz yeterince anlaşılamamıştır. Kadınlar hala ağır iş programının yükü altında ezilmekte, emeğinin karşılığını alamamaktadır. Bu nedenle ülkemizde kooperatiflerle ilgili kendi yapımıza uygun uzun dönemli politikalar ortaya konmalıdır. Kadınların kooperatif faaliyetlere katılımları arttırılmalı, bu yöndeki engelleri ortadan kaldırmaya yönelik mekanizmalar oluşturulmalıdır.

SUMMARY We have tried to examine the position of the woman in relation to employing in our research named ;“The Position of the Woman in Turkey, her Role and Importance”,. The sollution of the problem of woman employing is believed to be the active particiption to some cooperative activities, which is concidered to be the starting point of this discussion The role which is given to the women,in the development programmes, is increasing day by day over the whole world. Cooperations have got a kind of“democracy”that makes the women in socio-economic and judicial areas more effective which the women have never established before. Cooperatives guarantee the basic rights of the women in relation to their work and give sollutions for some problems. To sum up, cooperatives make the women gain more power. In many countries there has been made a lot of investigations, especcially after the fact that people have found out the active participation of women to cooperative movements. Many international organizations have allocated a part of their funds for the cooperatives which they believed to be an important and effective tool in development. The importance of this subject hasn't been understood sufficiently enough in our country. The women are stil suffering under hard working conditions and programmes and they still can't get the price of their efforts. For this reason, a long policy period related with the cooperatives in our country and which fits our culture should be put into practice, the participation of the women into cooperatives should be increased and some mechanisms should be created in order to solve the problems in this area.
