ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ REHBER ÖĞRETMENLERDE STRES NEDENLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ Zuhal PAKSOY Danışman: Prof. Dr. Muhittin AŞKIN 2003 - SAYFA: 75 Jüri : Prof. Dr. Muhittin AŞKIN Rehber Öğretmen ( Rehber ve Psikolojik Danışman ) lerde stres nedenlerini incelediğimiz bu araştırma, Erzurum ilinde görev yapan rehber öğretmenler üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi 67 Rehber öğretmenden oluşmuştur. Rehber öğretmenlerin stres nedenlerinin belirlenmesinde Baltaş & Baltaş tarafından geliştirilen stres kaynağı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler kadın rehber öğretmenlerin iş stresinin erkek rehber öğretmenlerden, evli rehber öğretmenlerin bekar rehber öğretmenlerden, ortaöğretimde çalışan rehber öğretmenlerin ilköğretimde çalışan rehber öğretmenlerden daha fazla olduğunu hipotezlerimiz doğrultusunda desteklemiştir. Kendini yorumlama ve fiziki çevre streslerinde ise veriler anlamlı bir farklılık ortaya koymamıştır. Stres çalışanlarda, işe devamsızlık, işten ayrılma, iş veriminin düşmesi yanında fiziksel ve psikolojik rahatsızlıklara da sebep olmaktadır.

n ABSTRACT THESIS OF MASTER THE INVESTIGATION OF THE STRESS REASONS ON THE COUNSELORS TEACHERS Zuhal PAKSOY Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Muhittin AŞKIN 2003 - PAGE: 75 Jury : Prof. Dr. Muhittin AŞKIN This research which we look for the causes of stres on counselors is examined in counselors who work in Erzurum. The examples of this investigation were composed of 67 counselars. While we were determining the causes of stres on counselors we used 'Stres Kaynağı Ölçeği' written by Baltaş & Baltaş as a source. Hypothesis showed that, female counselars have got more work stress than male counselors, married counselars have got more work stress reather than the bachelors and primary school counselars have got more work stres reather than secondary education counselars.According to hypothesis, the effects of physical environment and explaining himself have not so clear differentiation on stress. Stress also causes irregular attendance of work, resignation, and decreasing of productivity, and beside these effect it causes physical and psychological illness.
