Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada, Kız Meslek ve Meslek Liseleri, Cilt Bakımı ve Kuaförlük Bölümü Öğretim Programı'na, Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitimi Geliştirme Projesi (METGE) ile getirilen değişikliklerin (ders, ders saati, içerik, yöntem, değerlendirme vb.), eski Kuaförlük ve Cilt Bakımı Bölümü Öğretim Programı ile karşılaştırmalı değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Araştırma için, Cilt Bakımı ve Kuaförlük Bölümü'nün bulunduğu 110 okul örneklem olarak alınmış, bu okullarda görevli olan 42 branş, 36 branş dışı derse giren öğretmene ulaşılarak anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket,“Beşli Likert Ölçeği”tarzında hazırlanmış ve iki bölümden oluşmuştur. İlk bölüm; öğretmenlere ait genel bilgiler (cinsiyet, yaş, branş, mesleki kıdem, mezuniyet alanları, hizmet içi eğitim), ikinci bölüm; programa ve derslere ilişkin kırk üç sorudan oluşmuştur. Araştırma verilerinin, frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalamaları alınarak, istatistiki analizleri, öğretmenlerin branşlarına göre görüşlerinde fark olup olmadığı T testi ile Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) istatistiki programı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, METGE Projesi ile getirilen değişikliklerin, eski Cilt Bakımı ve Kuaförlük Bölümü öğretim Programı'nı olumlu yönde geliştirdiği ortaya çıkarılmış, programda görülen yetersizliklere ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur: -Cilt Bakımı ve Kuaförlük Bölümü'nde görev yapan branş öğretmenlerinin sayısı artırılmalıdır. -Cilt Bakımı ve Kuaförlük Bölümü'nde derse giren öğretmenlerin, bu proje ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim kurslarıyla bilgilendirilmesi sağlanmalıdır.n -Derslerin içeriğine ilişkin, kaynak modül (kitap) yazım çalışmaları hızlandırılmalıdır. -Program geliştirme ilkelerine uygunluk açısından, program tekrar ele alınmalı, hedef ve hedef davranış ilkelerine uygunluk sağlanmalı, derslere ait belirlenen hedefler, programda davranışları ile yer almalıdır. -Eğitim durumları, modüller arasında tutarsızlık göstermekte, bu konudaki açıklamalar yeterli hale getirilmelidir. -Programda değerlendirme süreçlerine yer verilmelidir. -Projenin uygulandığı okullardaki öğretim ortamlarının, fiziki özellikleri iyileştirilmelidir. -Cilt Bakımı ve Kuaförlük Alanı dersinin ismi, diğer branş derslerinin isimleri ile karışıklık yarattığı için, Cilt Bakımına Giriş ve Kuaförlüğe Giriş olarak iki ayrı ders haline getirilmelidir.

m ABSTRACT In this study, a comparative evaluation was done between the changes which were brought to the teaching programme of Skin Care and Hair- Dressing Department in the Girl Vocation High Schools and Vocation High Schools with the Improvement Project of Professional and Technical Training (METGE), (in lessons, lesson hours, content, method, eveluation,and the old teaching programme of Hair - Dressing and Skin Care Department. For this research, 110 schools which have Skin Care and Hair- Dressing Department were taken examples and the inguiry was applied to 42 branch teachers who give the lessons if the department and 36 teachers who give the lessons of the department from different branches. The inguiry was prepared in the style of fivefold Likert Scale and was comprised two parts. The first part was about the general information connected with the teachers (sex, age, branch, professional experience, their graduation areas education in service), the second part consists of forty three questions about the programme and the lessons. Statistical analyses by getting frequency, percentage, arithmetical averages of the research data and if there are differences among the teachers' opinions according to their branches or not, were arranged with the help of the test“t”and Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) Programme. At the end of the research, it was found out that the changes which were brought with the METGE Project improved the teaching programme of the old Skin Care and Hair-Dressing Department in a good way and some ideas were proposed about the inadequacies which were seen in the programme.IV -The number of the branch teachers in Skin Care and Hair-Dressing Departments should be increased. -The teachers who give lessons in Skin Care and Hair-Dressing Department should be informed well with the educational courses in service depending upon this project. The studies of writing source module ( book ) which are concerned with the content of the lessons should be accelerated. -In view of the appropriateness to the principles of developing programme, the programme should be reevaluated over and over again; the appropriateness to the aim and the principless of behaviours which were aimed should be obtained, the aims which are defined concerning with the lessons should take places in the programme with behaviours. - Since the forms of teaching have inconsistency among the modules, the explanations about this subject should be made more efficiently. -The periods of evaluation should be incorporated in the programme -.The physical conditions of the teaching environment in the schools, where this project was applied should be made better. -The name of the Skin Care and Hair -Dressing Area lesson should be changed into Introduction to Skin Care and Introduction to Hair Dressing because of causing trouble with the names of other branch lessons, it should be accepted as two different lessons.
