Özet
Bu araştırma, piyano eğitiminde Nöro Linguistik Programlama teknMerinin öğrenci başarısı üzerindeki etkilerini saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, tam denetimli model esas alınmış, piyano öğrencilerinden oluşan deney ve kontrol grupları oluşturulmuştur. Nöro Linguistik Programlama teknikleri doğrultusunda deney grubu öğrencilerinin kullandıkları temsil sistemleri, (görsel-işitsel-kinestetik) gözlem ve anket sonucu belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra her iki grupla da ikişer ders yapılmış, deney grubuna önce tekniksiz, sonra teknikli çalışma uygulanırken, kontrol grubunun iki çalışması da tekniksiz olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Grupların birinci ve ikinci ders sonucundaki performansları kaydedilmiş ve belirlenen kritik davranışlar çerçevesinde puanlandırılmışlar. Elde edilen bulguların işlenmesinde çift ve tek yollu varyans analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, deney grubuna uygulanan tekniklerin öğrenci performansını arttırdığı ve basan düzeyini olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.

This research has been performed to determine the effects of the Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques on the success of the students in piano education. The research is based on a fully controlled model, experimental and control groups consisting piano students. The representational systems (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) which the test group students employed were determined by the result of questions and observations based on NLP techniques.Afterwards two sessions were performed with each group. While the first session of the experimental group has been performed by employing the techniques and the second session by not employing them, both sessions of the control group were performed without employing the techniques. The performances of the groups at the end of the first and second sessions were recorded and marked due to the critical behaviours determined. One way and two way anova was used to process the data. At the end of the research, it was determined that the techniques employed on the experimental groups increase the performance of the students and effect then- success level in a positive way.
