ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi Konu: İl Eğitim Hizmetleri Merkezi Faaliyetlerinin Değerlendirilmesi Tugay ARAT Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Bilgisayar Sistemleri Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof. Dr. Halil İbrahim YALIN 2004, 109 sayfa Jüri: Prof Dr. Halil İbrahim YALIN Prof Dr. Noruz ALLAHVERDİ Yrd. Doç. Dr. Engin DENİZ Bu çalışma, İl Eğitim Hizmetleri Merkezi Müdürlüğü'nün yapısını, işleyişini ve hizmetlerini incelemektedir. Bu inceleme sırasında ölçme araçlarından yararlanılmıştır. İl Eğitim Hizmetleri Merkezi personeline ve okul idarecilerine yönelik anketlerle mevcut durum tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu, ülke çapmda tesadüfen seçilmiş on il ve Konya ilinde tesadüfen seçilmiş yirmialtı okul arasında yapılmıştır. Ölçme araçları ile elde edilen bulgular şöyle sıralanabilir: İl Eğitim Hizmetleri Merkezi Müdürlüğü'nün hizmetleri, merkez personeli ve okul idarecileri tarafından çok önemli görülmüş, ancak bu hizmetlerin yerine getirilme düzeyleri düşük çıkmıştır. Bu durum merkezlerin yeniden yapılandırılması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Doç. Dr. Engin DENİZ This paper studies the structure, the process and the services of Managership of Center of Province Educations. In this study the measurement tools have been used. It has been tried to determine the existing status with the help of questionnaires which are subject to school administrators and the staff of The Center of Province Education Services. The findings which have been gathered by the measurement tools are as follows: According to center staff and school administrators, the services of Managership of Center of Province Educations are so important but the level of achieving these services is very low. In this condition, there is a need to reorganize these centers.
