Özet
Tedarik zinciri yönetimi, son zamanlarda akademik çalışmalarda çokça üzerinde durulan bir konu olmasına karşın, T.Z.Y'de performans ölçümü henüz emekleme döneminde olan bir konu olarak tanımlanabilir. T.Z'nin performansının ölçülmesiyle ilgili pratik uygulamaları içeren çok fazla çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışma, konuyla ilgili literatür taramasının yanısıra, otomotiv sektöründe Türkiye'nin önde gelen firmalarından birinin merkezinde bulunduğu tedarik zincirindeki performans ölçümü faaliyetleriyle ilgili durum analizlerini ve bir uygulama çalışmasını da içermektedir. Seçilen tedarik zinciri üyesi firmalarda (ana üretici, tedarikçi, müşteri) T.Z.Y performans ölçümü sistemleri uygulamaları ve bu sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi süreçleri incelenmiştir. İyileştirme önerileri sıralanmış, ana üretici firma için tedarik zinciri performans ölçüm sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Ölçütlerin ağırlıklarını belirlemede analitik hiyerarşi proses (AHP) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma Türkiye'de T.Z.Y performans ölçüm faaliyetlerine genel bir bakış sağlamıştır.

Despite the emphasis that supply chain management has received recently, performance measurement in supply chain management appears to be in its fancy. Little emprical data exists addressing supply chain measurement systems. This research includes not only a survey of literature about the subject but also a case study about the supply chain performance measurement practices within the suppy chain in which one of the leading company in Turkey's automotive sector stands in the center. In this research, case studies were performed to examine the nature of the supply chain management systems and the development processes for those systems among selected firms. (Focal, Supplier, Customer) Then suggestions for improvements are revealed. A supply chain performance measurement system is developed for the focal company. Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) is used to determinate the weightings of the performance measures. This research gives a snapshot about S.C.M performance measurement practices in Turkey.
