ABSTRACT With a quarter of the most recent 20th century, in addition to excess of supply which is perceived with great feeling, as a result of rapid development of communication and science technology, the world becomes small as a palm, at this variable conditions; the world trade reaches an unlimited point. From now on; societies, institutions and individuals, that are needed property and service, reach an opportunity to take them anywhere which provides suitable opportunity. Conditions, which are changable, make an international destructive rivalry and companies go towards to new researches for continuing their existence. In production and management, Total Quality Management, which keeps in mind,“flawless”instead of“acceptable”;“perfection”instead of“wellenough”appears suddenly in front of people as a new organized model. Total Quality Management is a kind of process which is beginning to the level of raw material, provides input to companies, which includes by- industries and contains after selling services with customer complaints. A process of Total Quality Management which depends on some main principles such as focusing in customer, continual development, total participation and human sources management; considers to be as a convenience for customer demands and it also provides an advantage for companies in an intensive competition atmosphere. The Model of EFQM Business Perfection is a model which is prepared on Total Quality Management principles. The Model of EFQM Business Perfection is prepared with a participation of 13 European countries. It is a system that demonstrates where the institutions are in a way of perfection, which determines problems and finds solution for problems. The system is continually developed thanks to the feedbacks that come from Europe and out of Europe and becomes current issue day by day. EFQMgives EFQM Perfection Reward to institutions which applies this system successfully as a result of yearly evaluations. According to Perfection Model, a firm providing customer and worker satisfaction and leaving a lasting impression on society; depends on politics and strategies, workers, sources and processes which are being directed with a suitable leadership understanding. Only it can be reach the perfection for these results. This research purposes that introducing the model of EFQM and determining validity of customer satisfaction. With this purpose; in the first part of research, it is referred to main concepts and definitions related with quality and main concepts of Total Quality Management; in the second part of the research; EFQM Model is introduced. In application part, Seval Joint Stuck Company which is being active in a textile sector, making a production both to domestic and foreign market, being more willingness in an international area, is examined in terms of input criterias of EFQM Perfection Model and under the consideration of criterias is tried to be determined the reflection on the customer satisfaction.
