ÖZET PETCOGLO Gheorghi. Elektronik Ticaretin Tedarik Zinciri Ve Stok Yönetimi Üzerindeki Etkileri: Ağ Tabanlı Bilgi Paylaşım Portalınm Oluşturulması, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ankara, 2005. İletişim teknolojilerinde ve güncel ekonomik koşullarda meydana gelen gelişmeler, işletmeleri geçmişe nazaran daha yoğun bir rekabet ortamıyla karşı karşıya bırakmıştır. Firmalar, artık sadece kendi ülkelerindeki işletmelerle değil, bütün dünyada bulunan işletmelerle rekabet etmektedirler. Bu koşullar, işletmeleri daha etkin yönetime zorlamaktadır. Daha etkin yönetimin gerçekleştirilebilmesinde, son yıllarda,“tedarik zinciri”kavramının öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Tedarik zincirinin etkin yönetimi ise, ortaklar arasında bilgi paylaşımı, güven, ortak hedef ve çıkarları gözetmekle mümkün olmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminin elektronik ticaret, stok kontrolü, veritabanı ve web ile entegrasyonu ve firmalararası bilgi paylaşım portalımn oluşturulmasıdır. Çalışmada, internet üzerinden satış yapan bir kitapçı sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Sistemde bilgiye erişim haklan farklı olan üç tür kullanıcı tipi tammlanmıştır. Bunlar a) müşteri: sistemden alışveriş yapan kullanıcılar, b) bayi: müşteri siparişlerini, bulundukları şehir ve bölgeye göre teslim eden kullanıcılar, c) yönetim: sistemin genel işleyişini takip eden ve yönlendiren kullanıcılardır. Bu çalışmanın katkısı, sistemde toplanan verilerin ve raporların, sisteme eklenen Excel programına aktarılarak, ihtiyaç duyulduğunda kullanıcılar ve yöneticiler tarafından çağnlabilmesi ve kullanıcıların talep tahminleri yapılabilmesine imkân sağlamasıdır.

ABSTRACT PETCOGLO Gheorghi. Impacts of the Electronic Commerce on the Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Establishing the Web Based Information Sharing Portal, Master's Thesis, Ankara, 2005. The developments in the communication technologies and current economic conditions pushes the enterprises in a more competitive environment. The firms are not only competing with the local firms in their own country but with all firms around the world. These conditions force the firms to take effective measures to keep comparative advantages. The concept of“supply chain management”, which focuses on realizing the more effective management, gained importance in recent years. The effective management of the supply chain can be accomplished by sharing information, which depends upon trust between the partners and consideration of common targets and interests. The general purpose of this study is to integrate the Supply Chain Management with the electronic commerce, inventory control, database and web, and to establish the information sharing portal between firms. In this study, an on-line book-selling system was developed. Three types of users, with different information access rights, were defined in the system. Customers are the ones who are shopping from the system. Dealers deliver the orders of the customers in accordance with their cities and regions. Management controls and directs the general functioning of the system. The contribution of this study is to transfer the data and reports, which are collected in the system, to the Excel program, and to be recalled whenever necessary by the users and managers to make the demand estimations.
