III 4-ASETİL-5-(4-METOKSIFENİL) -2,3-FURANDION BİLEŞİĞİNİN AMİNO NÜKLEOFİLLERLE REAKSİYONLARI ÖZET Bu çalışmada; 4-asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-2,3-furandion 3 bileşiğinin farklı ve aromatik halkaya bağlı amino grubu bulunduran nükleofillerle reaksiyonlan yapılarak literatüre yeni bileşiklerin kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda 4-asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-2,3-furandion bileşiği 3 o-toluidinle; 3-asetil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-4-(o-toluidino)-2-okso-3-bütenoik asit (HD-1), p-toluidinle; 3-asetil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-4-(p-toluidino)-2-okso-3-bütenoik asit (HD-2), anilinle; 3- asetil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-4-(anilino)-2-okso-3-bütenoik asit (HD-3), 1-naftilaminle; 3- asetil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-4-(l-naftilamino)-2-okso-3-bütenoik asit (HD-4), 2-amino-4- metil-fenolle; 3-asetil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-4-(2-hidroksi-5-metilamino)-2-okso-3- bütenoik asit (HD-5), 2-nitro anilinle; 3-asetil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-4-(2-nitroanilino)-2- okso-3-bütenoik asit (HD-6), benzil aminle; l-benzil-4-asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-2,3- piroldion (HD-7), 4-nitro fenil hidrazinle; 4-asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-l-(4-nitrofenil)- pirazol-3-karboksilli asit (HD-8), fenil hidrazinle(l:2); l,5-difenil-4-(4-metoksifenil)-3- metil-(2,3-d)-pirazolo-5,6-piridazin-7-on (HD-9) ürünleri sentez edildi. Sentezlediğımiz yeni bileşiklerin yapılan elementel analiz, İR, H-NMR, C-NMR spektrumlan yardmıı ile belirlendi ve sonuçlar preperatif organik kimya açısından tartışıldı.

IV SOME REACTIONS OF 4-ACETYL-5-(4-METHOXYPHENYL)- 2,3-FURANDIONE WITH AMINONUCLEOPHYLES ABSTRACT In this study; the reactions of 4-acetyl-5-(4-methoxyphenyl -2,3-fiirandione ( 3 ) with various amino nucleophyles were investigated. At the end of our studies, the compounds of 3-acetyl-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(o- toludino)-2-oxo-3-butanoic acid (HD-1), 3-acetyl-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(p-toludino)- 2-oxo-3 -butanoic acid (HD-2), 3-acetyl-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(anilino)-2-oxo-3- butanoic acid (HD-3), 3-acetyl-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(l-naphtylamino)-2-oxo-3- butanoic acid (HD-4), 3-ace1yl-4-(4-memoxyphenyl)-4-(2-hydroxi-5-methylamino)-2- oxo-3 -butanoic acid (HD-5), 3-acetyl-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(2-nitroanilino)-2-oxo-3- butanoic acid (HD-6), l-benzyl-4-acetyl-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-piroldion (HD-7), 4- acetyl-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-l(4-nitrophenyl)-pirazol-3-carboxylic acid (HD-8), 1,6- diphenyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-(2,3-d)-pirazolo-5,6-piridazin-7-on (HD-9) as were obtained from the reactions of ( 3 ) o-toludine, p-toludine, aniline, 1-naphtylamine, 2-amino-4-methylphenole, 2-nitroaniline, benzylamine, 4-nitrophenylhydrazine, phenylhydrazine(l:2) respectively. The structure of the synthesized compounds were determined by being interpreted the their elemetal analysis and IR, 'H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra and the results of the reactions were discussed according to the reaction conditions and the properties the reactants.
