Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada 4-p-Metoksibenzoil-5-p-metoksifenil-2,3-furandion (3) ve 4-Benzoil-5-fenil- 2,3-furandion Q) bileşiklerinin çeşitli anilid, amid ve hidrazinlerle reaksiyonlarının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırma bir çok yeni bileşiğin senteziyle sonuçlanmıştır, 3 ile, bazı asetanilid, amid ve hidrazinlerin reaksiyonları yapılarak; N,N-Bis(dimetoksi benzoil asetik asit)-N-fenilamid, N,N-Bis(dimetoksi benzoil asetik asit)-N-p-nitrofenilamid, N,N-Bis(dimetoksi benzoil asetik asit)-N-p-bromfenilamid, N,N-Bis(dimetoksi benzoil asetik asit)-N-p-metilfenilamid, 2,2-Di-p-anisoil-N-benzoil asetamid, 2,2-Di-p-anisoil-N-asetil asetamid, N-2,2-di-p-anisoil asetil nikotin amid, N-(2,2-di-p-anisoU-asetil)-4-benzoil-l,5-difenil pirazol-3-karboksamid, 6-p-Anisil-5-p-anisoil-2-fenil-lH-piridazin-3,4-dion, 3,4-Di-p-anisil-l,5-difenilpirazolo(3,4- d) piridazin-7-on, 4-p-Anisoil-5-p-metoksifenil-l-(2,4-dinitrofenil)-pirazol-3-karboksilliasit, 4-p-Amsoil-5-p'metoksifenil-l-(2,4-dinitrofenil)-pirazol-3-karboksilliasit-2,4-dinitrofenil hidrazidi bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. 1 bileşiği ile yine bazı anilid, amid ve hidrazinlerin reaksiyonları yapılarak, 3,3-Dibenzoil-2- okso propanoik asit-N-asetil-N-p-tolil amid, 2,2-Dibenzoil-N-asetil asetamid, N-2,2- dibenzoil asetil nikotin amid, N-(2,2-dibenzoil-asetil)-4-benzoil-l,5-difenil pirazol-3- karboksamid, 4-Benzoil-5-fenil-l-p-nitrofenil-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit, 4-Benzoil-5-fenil-l- nitrofenil-pirazol-3-karboksilliasit-p-nitrofenil hidrazidi, bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca 4- Benzoil-5-fenil-l-p-nitrofenil-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit bileşiğinin tiyonil klorür (SOCl2) ile reaksiyonu da yapılarak 4-Benzoil-5-fenil-l-p-nitrofenil-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit klorürü bileşiği elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları, elementel analiz, İR, 'H-NMR ve,3C-NMR spektrumları yardımıyla açıklanmıştır.

ABSTRACT In this study, the reactions of 4-p-Methoxybenzoyl-5-p-methoxyphenyl-2,3-fUrandione (3) and 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl-2,3-fürandione (1) with various anilides, amides and hydrazines were investigated. The investigation resulted in the synthesis of a number of new compounds. The compounds of N,N-Bis(dimethoxy benzoyl acetic acid)-N-phenylamid, N,N-Bis(dimethoxy benzoyl acetic acit)-N-p-nitrophenylamid, N,N-Bis(dimethoxy benzoyl acetic acit)-N-p- bromophenylamid, N,N-Bis(dimethoxy benzoyl acetic acit)-N-p-methylphenylamid, 2,2-Di- p-anisoyl-N-benzoyl acetamid, 2,2-Di-p-anisoyl-N-acetyl acetamid, N-2,2-di-p-anisoyl acetyl nicotin amid, N-(2,2-di-p-anicoyl-acetyI)-4-benzoyl-l,5-diphenyl pyrazole-3- carboxamid, 6-p- Anisyl-5-p-anisoyl-2-phenyl- 1 H-pyridazine-3,4-dione, 3,4-Di-p-anisyl- 1,5- diphenyl pyrazolo (3,4-d) pyridazine-7-one, 4-p-Anisoyl-5-p-methoxyphenyl-l-(2,4- dimtrophenyl)-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, 4-p-Anisoyl-5-p-methoxyphenyl-l -(2,4- dinitrophenyl)-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid -2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazide were obtained from the reactions of 3 with the corresponding acetanilides, amides and hyrazines. The compounds of 3,3-Dibenzoyl-2-oxo propionic acid-N-acetyl-N-p-tolyl amid, 2,2- Dibenzoyl-N-acetyl acetamid, N-2,2-dibenzoyl acetyl nicotin amid, N-(2,2-dibenzoyl- acetyl)-4-benzoyl-l,5-diphenyl pyrazole-3-carbocamid, 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl-l-p- nitrophenyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl- 1 -nitrophenyl-pyrazole-3- carboxylicacid-p-nitrophenyl hydrazide were synthezed from the reactions of I with corresponding anilides, amides and hydrazines. In addition, the compound of 4-Benzoyl-5- phenyl-l-p-nitrophenyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid chloride was synthezed from the reactions between 4-Benzoyl-5-pheyl-l-p-nitrophenyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid and thionyl chloride (SOCl2). The structure of these synthesezed new compounds were confirmed using IR, "C-NMR, 'H-NMR spectra., and elemental analysis.
