İstanbul Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü,İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilim Dalı. Doktora tezi. İstanbul.Arteriae suprarenales morfoloji bilgisi adrenalektomide, böbrektransplantasyonunda, çeşitli radyolojik ve ürolojik prosedürlerde yaşamsalöneme sahiptir. Anatomik diseksiyon yöntemi ile tüm dallarını orijin, dağılım vesayı yönünden inceleyerek arteriae suprarenales anatomisini morfometri vevaryasyon ilişkileri ile de değerlendirip ortaya koymak amacıyla 23 kadavradasağ-sol toplam 45 tarafta çalışıldı. A.suprarenalis superior %100,a. suprarenalis media %89,89, a. suprarenalis inferior %97,78 vardı.A. suprarenalis superior, media ve inferior'un üçü birlikte %86,66 vardı.A. suprarenalis superior %97,77 a. phrenica inferior'dan ve %2,33 a.abdominalis'den çıkıyordu ve en az 3 en fazla 8 adetti. A. suprenalis media%68,88 a. abdominalis'den, %6,66 a. phrenica inferior'dan, %8,88 a.renalis'den, %2,50 superior polar arterden ve %2,50 a. suprarenalis inferior'dançıkıyordu ve en fazla 3 adetti. A. suprarenalis inferior %59,10 a. renalis'den,%18,18 superior polar arterden, %11,36 a. abdominalis'den, %11,36 a. renalisve superior polar arterden çıkıyordu ve en fazla 5 adetti. A. suprarenalissuperior ortalama uzunluğu sağda 13,43±5,77 mm, solda 12,82±6,16 mm; a.suprenalis media sağda 19,15±7,42 mm, solda 20,77±6,88 mm, a. suprarenalisinferior sağda 16,04±9,70 mm, solda 15,50±7,95 mm idi. Arterlerin sağ - solortalama uzunlukları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı(p>0,05). A. suprenalis media ortalama çapını sağda 2,05±0,75 ve solda 2,17±0,70 mm bulduk. Sağ-sol arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark yoktu(p>0,05). Çalışmamızın sonuçlarının özellikle üroloji, genel cerrahi, radyoloji,nefroloji ve ilgili diğer alanlarda klinisyenlere yardımcı olacağını düşünmekteyiz.

Istanbul.Knowledge of morphology of suprarenal arteries is vital in adrenalectomy,kidney transplantation, various urologic and radiologic procedures. In order toevaluate the anatomy of arteriae suprarenales with the morphometric and variationalrelations included, all branches of the arteries in 45 sides of 23 cadavers are studiedusing anatomical dissection in terms of origin, distribution and number. Superior,middle and inferior suprarenal artery were present in 100%, 89,89% and 97,78%cases, respectively. Superior, middle and inferior suprarenal artery were found to becoexistent in 86,66% of the cases. In 97,77% cases, superior suprarenal artery arosefrom inferior phrenic artery and arose from abdominal aorta in 2,33% cases. Themaximum and minimum numbers of superior suprarenal artery were detected as 3and 8. Middle suprarenal artery arose from abdominal aorta, inferior phrenic artery,renal artery, superior polar artery, inferior suprarenal artery in 68.88%, 6.66%, 8.88%,2.50%, 2.50% cases, respectively and the maximum number of middle suprarenalartery detected in our study was 3. Inferior suprarenal artery arose from renal artery,superior polar artery, abdominal aorta, both the renal and superior polar artery in59.10%, 18.18%, 11.36%, 11.36%, respectively and the maximum number of inferiorsuprarenal artery detected in our study was 5. The mean lengths of superior, middleand inferior suprarenal artery were respectively 13.43±5.77, 19.15±7.42, 16.04±9.70for the right side and 12.82±6.16, 20.77±6.88, 15.50±7.95 mm for the left side. Therewere no significant differences between the right and left mean lengths of thearteries (p>0,05). Mean diameter of middle suprarenal artery was found to be2,05±0,75 mm at right and 2,17±0,70 mm at left. There were no significantdifferences between the right and left sides (p>0,05). We believe that our results willassist clinicians from urology, general surgery, radiology and nephrology.
