Özet
Aile çi letişimin Ergenin Duygusal Sağlığına EtkisiBu araştırma kontrollü öntest-sontest modele dayalı deneysel bir çalışmadır.Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara li Keçiören lçesi'nde yer alan Kuyubaşı lköğretimOkulu sekizinci sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Öğrenci sayıları aynı olan sınıflarküme örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş ve 8-B sınıfı eğitim grubunu, 8-D sınıfı isekontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Eğitim grubunun ailelerine üç gün boyuncaprogramlı bir“aile içi iletişim eğitimi”verilmiş ve ailelerin tamamının verileneğitime devam etmesine çalışılmıştır. Sınıf ortamında anket uygulanarakgerçekleştirilen çalışmada 8-B sınıfından 50, 8-D sınıfından 50 öğrenci olmak üzeretoplam 100 öğrenciye ve 8-B sınıfından da 50 veliye ulaşılmıştır.Araştırmanın bağımsız değişkeni öntest ve sontestler arasında eğitimgrubuna verilen“aile içi iletişim eğitimi”etkinliğidir. Araştırmanın temel amacıergenlerin aile içi iletişimleri ile duygusal sağlıkları arasındaki ilişkinindeğerlendirilmesidir. Bu nedenle her iki gruba da başlangıçta anne-baba-ergenilişkileri envanteri ergen formu ve duygusal iyilik hali değerlendirme anketi öntestolarak verilmiş, eğitim grubu öğrencilerinin anne-babaları 3 gün boyunca programlıbir“aile içi iletişim eğitimi”almış, kontrol grubunun anne-babaları ise bu süreiçinde hiçbir işleme tabi tutulmamıştır. Eğitimin tamamlanmasının ardından eğitimve kontrol grubundaki öğrencilere aynı testler sontest olarak tekrar uygulanmıştır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre eğitim grubunun anne-babalarına verilen eğitimile ergenlerin eğitim öncesi anne-baba-ergen ilişkileri puanları ile eğitim sonrasıpuanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur [t (49) = -8.84, p<.01]. Yine, anne-babalara verilen eğitim sonucunda ergenlerin eğitim öncesi duygusal iyilik halipuanları ile eğitim sonrası puanları arasında da anlamlı bir farklılık meydanagelmiştir [t (49) = -8.80, p<.01].Sonuç olarak, androgojik ilkeler doğrultusunda ailelere verilen“aile içiiletişim eğitimi”ergenlerin duygusal sağlığının geliştirilmesinde önemli bir etmendir.Bu tür eğitimler ergenlerin; ruhsal, ve duygusal sağlığını pozitif yöndeetkilemektedir.

Influence of Inter Family Communications to Emotional Health of AdolescenceThis research is an experimental study based on pretest- final test controlledmethod. The population of this study consists of 8th grade students of KuyubaşıPrimary School in Keçiören District in Ankara City. The classes with the sameamount of students are chosen with the group sampling method and the 8-B classcomposed the training group, the 8-D class composed the control group. Aprogrammed education for ?Communication within the Family? was given to thefamilies of the training group during three days. A questionnaire has beenconducted in the class, through this questionnaire, the study has reached to 100students at total, 50 students was from class 8-B and the other 50 students was fromclass 8-D and also the study reached to 50 parents from class 8-B.The independent variable of the study is the ?communication within thefamily education? activity which was performed with the education group duringthe pretest and final tests. Evaluating the relation between the emotional health ofthe adolescents and their communication within the family is the main goal of thisresearch. Therefore, a mother-father-adolescent relations inventory form andemotional well being evaluation questionnaire was given as pretest, a programmed?communication within family? education was given to the parents of the educationgroup during three days, the parents of the control group didn?t take any kind ofeducation programs during this period. After the completion of the education thesame tests was conducted with the students of the education and the control groupas final tests.According to the research findings, a meaningful difference was observedbetween the mother-father-adolescent relation points before the education and thepoints after the education as a result of the education given to the parents of theeducation group [t (49) = -8.84, p<.01]. Furthermore, a meaningful difference hadoccurred between the emotional well being points of the adolescents before theeducation and the points after the education as a result of the education given to theparents [t (49) = -8.80, p<.01].Consequently, the ?communication within the family education? given tothe families in the direction of the androgogy principles, is an important factor forimproving the emotional health of the adolescents. These kinds of educationprograms are positively affecting the physiological and emotional health of theadolescents.
