Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesinde okuyan öğrencilerinöğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarını ortaya koymak ve çıkacak sonuçlardanyararlanarak öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik olumlu tutum geliştirecek bilgibirikimi sağlamak ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir.Bu araştırmanın evrenini, Düziçi Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi 1. sınıfındaokuyan 50 öğrenci ve 3. sınıfta okuyan 190 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır.Verilerin toplanması aşamasında konuyla ilgili kaynaklar incelenerek DüziçiAnadolu Öğretmen Lisesi 1. ve 3. sınıf öğrencilerinin öğretmenlik mesleğineyönelik bakış açılarını ölçmek amacı ile ilgili 30 sorudan oluşan bir anket formuhazırlanarak öğrencilere 2002-2003 eğitim-öğretim yılı ikinci dönemindeuygulanmıştır. Verilerin çözümünde frekans ve yüzde dağılımları kullanılarak 1.ve 3. sınıf görüşleri arasında fark olup olmadığı (0,5), (0,1) ve (0,01) düzeylerindesınanmış, 1. ve 3. sınıf öğrencileri arasında öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik bakışaçılarında önemli bir farkın bulunmamasının Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi'ninöğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik olumlu tutum kazandırmadaki yetersizliğine bağlıolduğu düşünülebilir.Araştırma sonucunda Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi öğrencilerinin öğretmenlikmesleğine yönelik görüşlerinde 1. ve 3. sınıf öğrencileri arasında önemli birfarklılık görülememiştir. Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi öğrencilerinin öğretmenlikmesleğine yönelik tutumları istenilen seviyede olmadığı söylenebilir.Öğretmenlik meslek dersi programlarının öğrencilere öğretmenlik mesleğineyönelik olumlu görüş kazandırma bakımından yetersiz kaldığı söylenebilirBu nedenle öğretmenlik meslek derslerine gereken önemin verilmesi verehber öğretmenler ile meslek dersi öğretmenlerinin, öğrencilere öğretmenlikmesleğine yönelik olumlu tutum kazandırmada daha etkin rol almalarıgerekmektedir.Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi'ne kabul edilecek öğrencilerin öğretmenlikmesleğine ilgili ve yatkın, öğretmen olabilecek özelliklere sahip öğrenciler olmasıgerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to exhibit the behavior of the students of AnatoliaTeacher High School against the teacher?s profession. And by looking the results toget knowledge to improve positive behavior about teacher?s profession and toprovide solutions.This research covers the 50 students of 1. year and 190 students of 3. year ofDüziçi Anatolia Teacher High School.During collecting the data the sources about the topic was investigated todetermine the behavior of the 1. And 3. year students of Düziçi Anatolia TeacherHigh School against the duty of teacher with a questionnaire that is composed of30 questions. The questionnaire applied to this students at the second semester of2002-2003 educational year. To find a difference between the 1. and 3. yearstudents, frequency and percentage verification of the data is used at the level of(0,5), (0,1) and (0,01). Since no difference was found between 1. and 3. yearstudents, it is accepted that the Anatolia Teacher High School has deficiency ingiving positive behavior to students about the teacher?s profession.The research shows that there is no difference between 1. and 3 year studentsof Anatolia Teacher High School about the behavior of students against the duty ofteacher. The behavior of the students of the Anatolia Teacher High School is not atthe desired level.The lessons about the teacher profession that will give a positive behavior tostudents are inadequate. That is why more importance has to be given to theteacher profession lessons. Guide teachers and profession lesson teachers have totake more effective duty to give positive behavior to students.The students that will be accepted to Anatolia Teacher High School have tohave interest and have capable to teacher profession and have to be chosenbetween students that carry characteristics of a teacher.
