The objective of the wage administration function of the human resourcesmanagement in an organization is to establish the level of payable wages, to compose thewage structure and to determine wages to be given to the employees within these processes.The wage administration benefits from the other human resources functions on payassessment and this is the most relevant function with the other human resources subjects andthe internal and external business environments. Wage systems which are continuouslyimproved in connection with the changing necessities and the labor force structure, arenecessary and indispensable processes in today?s business world, for the organizations willingto conserve their human resources and to proceed even further with these resources.In this study, wage systems analyzed within the wage administration system. Wagesystems have been theoratically analyzed in three parts; ?Human Resources Management andWage?, ?Developing of Wage System and Wage Assessment? and ?Wage Systems?. Then inthe fourth part, an application about the wage systems has been dealt with. The purpose of thisapplication is to analyze the wage system of an organization which has systematic payassessment process and to display criteria effecting wage system and to show similaritiesbetween the approaches of this wage system and the theory. With this aim, information hasbeen collected from this organization which wage system is being analyzed by using theinterview method through an interview form which is prepared.
