Özet
Bu arastırmanın amacı Türkçe Ögretmenligi bölümü dördüncü sınıf ögrencilerinin mesleki, kültürel ve bilgi bakımından yeterliliklerini tespit etmektir. Türkçe Ögretmenlerinden beklentileri belirlemek amacıyla 20 okul müdürüne, 100 ilkögretim ikinci kademe ögrencisine, 100 veliye anket uygulanmıstır. Egitim fakültelerinin ve Milli Egitim Bakanlıgı'nın beklentileri kaynaklardan tespit edilmistir. Türkçe Ögretmeni adayının yeterlilik düzeylerini belirlemek için 200 adet Türkçe Ögretmenligi son sınıf ögrencisine bilgi bakımından 40, mesleki bakımdan 45 sorudan olusan iki sınav ve kültürel bakımdan 29 sorudan olusan bir anket uygulanmıstır. Arastırma sonucunda; 1) Egitim fakültelerinin ve Milli Egitim Bakanlıgı'nın Türkçe ögretmeninden beklentilerinin yeterli arastırmalara dayanmadıgı, 2) Türkçe ögretmeni adaylarının mesleki, kültürel ve bilgi düzeyinin yetersizligi, 3) Ögrenci, veli ve okul müdürlerinin kendilerinden beklentilerinden Türkçe ögretmeni adayının bihaber oldugu, 4) Türkçe ögretmeni adaylarının isteklerinin fakültelerce ve bakanlıkça dikkate alınmadıgı, ortaya çıkmıstır. Bu tespit neticesinde ortaya konulan çözüm önerilerine yer verilmektedir.

The purpose of the study determine is to find out the Turkish teaching fourth class students? competence in terms of profession, culture and knowledge. To find out the expectations from the Turkish teachers, a survey is applyed to 20 school hedmasters, 100 secondary school students and 100 guardians of the children.The expectations of the Faculties of Education and the Ministry of Education are found from the sources.To determine the Turkish teacher candidate?s competence level, two exams one of which; consisting of 40 questions in the field of knowledge, the other; consisting of 45 questions in the field of profession and a survey involving 29 cultural questions are applyed to 200 Turkish teaching last class students. At the end of the study it is found that; 1. The expectations of the Faculties of Education and the Ministry of Education from the Turkish teachers, aren?t based on adequate investigations, 2. The inadequacy Professional, cultural and knowledge levels of the Turkish teacher candidates, 3. Turkish teacher candidates are unaware of the students? , parents? and the headmaster? expectations, 4. Turkish teacher candidates? wishes aren?t taken into consideration by the faculties and the ministry. In the light of this determination, the suggestions are put forward against the emerging problems.
