134 SUMMARY Art, by its widest concept, can be defined as the product that is made by carry ing the worry of doing the best in any kind of work. According to this definition, art includes everything made by humans in the best manner with the artistic care or worry. However, to achieve this, his, her main occupation may not necessarily be art. It is sufficient to be endowed with sensitivity and artistic worry. The productions which are made by these people, who carry these traits, will always be outstanding, distinguisable and liked by others. Examples of it can be reflected in every area such as the order of a diningtable, embroidery, raising of flowers and etc. Skills or talents are always available to people belonging to a variety of groups. If people were given long periods of time within their life span, they would evaluate this period in different manners. If they are serious in a given subject, they will defini tely spend more effort for it to obtain more satisfaction. Real Art can be sublimed thro ugh the effort of the student and the guiding of the teacher. Art is a method of learning. The skills that are learned throught its intermedia tion helps us in every kind of learning. Age isnt't a criteria in this respect. The mental developments and the experiences of life in adults may enable them acquire particular skills. These are a new world view and an ability to understand the world. These particular abilities play important roles in understanding the art and responding to it. Through the fine arts training programs carried out by Public Training Centers that are directed to adults, after having them developed and applied in a contemporary way, individuals who acquire the mental traits such as the consciousness of environ mental protectionism, having a high sense of morality, virtue, having esthetic sensitivity and developed sense of form, tolerance and broad mindedness can be raised.
