Key Words : Religiocity, Values, Job SatisfactionIn this research the relationship between religiocity, values and job satisfactionof teachers has been analized and socio-demographical variables like sex, age, maritalstatus, branch and occupational seniority influences on religiocity, value preferencesand job satisfaction and their reflections on behaviour and attitudes has beeninvestigated.For this purpose, A religiocity Survey , Schwartz Value Survey, and JobSatisfaction Survey has been applied to 150 teachers working in various districts ofIstanbul and Izmit.The results has shown that there are significant relations between religiocity,value inclinations, and job satisfaction. It has been determined that the most importantpozitively related value with religiocity is the Tradition Value and the most negativelyrelated values are determined as Hedonisme and Stimulation Values. It has been seemedthat there are significant positive relations between emotional attitudes regarding one?sjob and the attitudes of religiocity especially those which are reflecting worship andSocial Effect dimensions .Additionally, it has also been determined that there are strong relationsbetween characteristics of job satisfaction and values of tadionalizm, bnevolence,accomplishment and universalism. Furthermore, hedonisme is found as the unique valuewhich is negatively related to the job satisfaction.Also seemed that socio-demographical relations has an effect on religiocity,value influences and job satisfaction, but, sex makes a difference on religiocity andvalue influences while on the other hand it doesn?t have an effect on job satisfaction. Ithas also been found that variables of age and occupational seniority have significanteffects on religiocity, value preferences and job satisfaction.
