Özet

?Vitir Namazı ile ilgili Rivâyetlerin Değerlendirilmesi? isimli tezin; giris bölümünde; konunun amacı ve önemine dair hususların yanında metot ve arastırmaya kaynaklık eden eserler genel olarak belirtilmistir. Birinci bölümde, vitrin lügat ve ıstılâhî anlamları açıklanmıstır. Vitir namazına ait vitrin hükmü, vakti, kazası, kılınıs sekli, kıraati ve rekât sayısı gibi konulara ait hadis rivâyetlerinin orijinal metinleri sunulup hadislerin tercümelerine yer verilmistir. Hadis rivâyetlerinin tahrici yapılarak aralarındaki lafız farklılıkları da belirtilmistir. Rivayetler senet ve metin tenkidine tabii tutularak rivâyetlere getirilen yorumlar belirtilip kendi yorumlarımız da ilave edilmistir. Her hususun sonunda fıkıh mezheplerinin görüslerine de yer verilmistir. ikinci bölümde, kunutun lügat ve ıstılâhî anlamları açıklanmıs, vitir namazındaki kunutun yeri, kunut duâsı, kunutta elleri kaldırma, kunutta imama uyma gibi konulardaki rivâyetlerin metinleri ve tercümeleriyle birlikte tahric ve tenkitlerine de yer verilmistir. Kunutla ilgili konularda fakihlerin hadislere dayanarak verdikleri hükümler de açıklanmıstır. Bu konuyla ilgili görüslerimize konu sonunda yer verilmistir. Arastırma sonunda genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıs ve ulasılan sonuçlarla tamamlanmıstır.

Of this thesis named ?Evaluating the Hearsays Related with the Vitir Prayer?; in the introduction part; it was generally noted that methods and works emanated to the research beside the respects concerning the objects and significance of the subject. In the first part, the dictionary and term meanings of the vitir were defined. Representing original documents of the hadith hearsays such as the arbitrament, time, kazaa, kind of performing, reading, and rakat of the vitir namaz, it was given place to the translations of the hadiths. By making the quotations of the hadith hearsays, the word differences among them were emphasized. By subjecting the hearsays to script and document criticism, the interpretations for accounts were noted and our own comments are added. In the second part, the dictionary and term meanings of kunut were expressed and with the documents and translations of the hearsays in the subjects of the place of kunut in the vitir prayer, kunut prayer, raising the hands in kunut, according the imam, it was given their quotations and critiques. In the subjects concerning the kunut, it was also explained scholars? judgments based on hadiths. Our views on this subject took place at the end of the subject. At the end of the research, it was made an overall evaluation and completed with reached results.
