Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin mevcut eğitim sistemine ilişkin görüşlerinin sistem yaklaşımına göre belirlenmesi ve değerlendirilmesidir.Araştırmanın evreni 2006-2007 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Muğla il merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan ilköğretim okulu yöneticileridir. Evrenden örneklem alınmamıştır. Araştırmada Muğla il merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan tüm okul yöneticilerine anket uygulanmıştır. Okul yöneticilerinden 70 adet anket toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi, frekans (f), yüzde (%), aritmetik ortalama, sıra ortalama, standart sapma, mann whitney u testi, kruskal-wallis testi kullanılarak SPSS 11.5 (The Statistical Pavkage for the Social Sciences) paket programında bilgisayar ortamında yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda özetle şu bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada, okul yöneticilerinin, Eğitim Yöneticilerinin Sistemi Değerlendirmesi anketinde yer alan 17 soruya verdikleri cevaplar analiz edilerek, okul yöneticilerinin mevcut eğitim sistemini nasıl değerlendirdikleri yorumlanarak anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Buna göre (1) okul yöneticilerinin daima seçeneği bakımından en yüksek frekansı, sistemin 15. özelliğinde toplanmıştır. (2) Okul yöneticilerin arasıra seçeneğine ait en yüksek frekansı, sistemin 11. özelliğinde toplanmaktadır. (3) Asla seçeneğinin en yüksek frekansa sahip olduğu sistem özelliği ise 10.özelliktir. (4) Daima seçeneğinin en düşük frekansı, 12. sistem özelliğinde toplanmıştır. (5) Arasıra seçeneğinin en düşük frekansı, sistem yaklaşımının 15. özelliğinde toplanmıştır. (6) Asla seçeneğinin en düşük frekansı, sistem yaklaşımının 9. özelliğinde bulunmaktadır.Ayrıca araştırmada, okul yöneticilerinin, Eğitim Yöneticilerinin Sistemi Değerlendirmesi anketinde yer alan 17 sorunun altında yer alan 51 açıklamaya verdikleri cevaplar analiz edilerek, okul yöneticileri sistem yaklaşımı özelliklerinden hangilerine ne derece ağırlık verdikleri yorumlanarak anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. (7) Buna göre daima seçeneğinde en yüksek frekansı, yeni bir eğitim sisteminin her tip çevreye uyabilecek esneklikte olmasını öngören 43. açıklama toplamıştır. (8) Arasıra seçeneğinde bu toplanma, sistemde yer alan üyelerin rol dağılımı ve etkileşimi ve bu yolla yetki dağılımını inceleyen 32. açıklamadadır. The aim of this research is, according to the systems approach, to determine and to evaluate the primary school administrators? idea of today?s Education system.The research conducted with the primary school administors who work in Muğla City Center . Any sample from the range is not taken. In the research a questionnaire was administered to all primary school administrators working in the primary schools in Muğla City Center. Seventy questionnaries are collected from administrators. The analysis was evaluated with the help of SPSS 11,5 software programme (The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) using frequency (f), percentage(%), arithmetic mean, mean rank , standart deviation, Mann Whitney U Test, Kruskall-Wallis Test.In the end of the research ,briefly ,these results are founded. In the research , how the administrators evaluate today?s education system was tried to be understood by interpreting. The answers was analysed that administrators gave to 17 questions existing in the questionnaire titled. The Evaluation of the System of Education Administrators. According to this , (1) with regard to always choice of the administrators the highest frequency is gathered around the 15. charasteristic of the system. (2) The highest frequency of the choice of occasionally of administrators is gathered around 11. charasteristic of the system. (3) The charasteristic of the system that has the highest frequency of the never choice is the 10. charasteristic of the system. (4) The lowest frequency of always choice is gathered around the 12. charasteristic of the system. (5) The lowest frequency of occassionally choice is gathered around the 15. charateristic of the system approach. (6) The lowest frequency of never choice , is existed in the 9. characteristic of the system approach.Besides in the research, analysing the answers that administrators gave for 51 explanations following the 17 questions existed in the questionnaire The Evaluation of the System of Education Administrators , which charasteristics of the system aproaches , to what degree, they give importance is tried to be understood .
