Özet

Bu çalısma Toplam Kalite Yönetimi çerçevesinde Ögrenci Memnuniyetinin bir devlet okulu örnegi(Süleyman Nazif Lisesi) ile özel okul örnegi(Okyanus Koleji) üzerinde varolan durumun saptanması amacı Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ile yapılmıstır. Arastırma, iki ana kısımdan olusmaktadır.lk kısımda Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ile ilgili teorik bilgi sunulmus;tanımı,içerigi,gelisimi?,ikinci kısımda ise Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ilkelerini esas alarak tarafımdan hazırlanmıs olan isletme mantıgıyla çok genis kapsamlı ve detaylı bir sekilde hazırlanmıs olan anket Süleyman Nazif Lisesi'nden yabancı dil agırlıklı bölüm birinci sınıftan bir sube ile üçüncü sınıftan bir sube ve Anadolu Lisesi birinci sınıftan bir sube ve Okyanus Koleji lise birinci sınıftan bir subede (her subeden 20 ögrenci olmak üzere) vaka çalısması yapılmıstır. Çalısma ile Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin okuldaki ögrenciler tarafından ne sekilde algılandıgını belirlenmistir.Ayrıca, ögrencilerin evlerinden okula ulasımları ile baslayan okul gerçeginin okulun egitim-ögretimi basta olmak üzere donanımının ve hizmetinin ögrenciler tarafından nasıl algılandıgı;varolan durumun onlar açısından tespiti ve olması istenen durumun ifadesi,eksikleri ve sorunları ile birlikte yine sorunu yasayan ögrenciler tarafından çözüm yolları ile birlikte sunulması çalısmayı özgün kılmaktadır.

Student Satisfaction within the Framework of Total Quality Management with the samples of Süleyman Nazif Public High School and Okyanus Private High School Students. This study has been carried out in order to define the current situation of student satisfaction at two schools ; Süleyman Nazif (public) High School and Okyanus (private school) College; within the framework of Total Quality Management . The research includes two main parts : in the first part theoretical knowledge such as definition, contents, background are included; in the second part a comprehensive and detailed survey , which has been prepared and conducted by me, is included. In addition, it has been taken a business management approach to survey based on the principles of Total Quality Management. Furthermore, a chronicle study has made with the sample of students in a 9th grade, an 11th grade of Süleyman Nazif Foreign Language Based High School ; a 9th grade of Anatolian High School and a 9th grade of Okyanus College( each one included 20 students) Besides, the students? perception of Total Quality Management has been defined with this study. The approach of the study is unique in terms of concerns : how students perceive and define the present situation at their schools ; students? demands and solutions about transportation to school, education, teaching materials, equipment and function at the schools.
