Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yükseköğretim düzeyindeki uygulamalı derslerin çevrim içi ortamda yürütülebilmesi için model önerisi geliştirmektir. Çevrim içi uygulamalı derslere yönelik model önerisi, uygulamalı derslerin çevrim içi ortamda yürütülmesine yönelik kurumlara, öğretim elemanlarına ve öğrencilere ders öncesi, ders esnası ve sonrasında uygulanabilir öneriler sunarak eğitim süreçlerini iyileştirmeye yönelik bir kılavuz niteliğindedir. Araştırma, tasarım tabanlı araştırma yöntemi ile kurgulanmış olup, ADDIE modeli çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma iki döngüde tamamlanmıştır. İlk döngüde, analiz, tasarım, geliştirme, uygulama ve değerlendirme aşamaları tamamlanmış; elde edilen sonuçlara göre ikinci döngü başlatılmıştır. Bu döngüde, tasarım ve geliştirme aşamasında model önerisinde düzenlemeler gerçekleştirilmiş ve sonraki aşamalar tekrar edilmiştir. İkinci döngünün sonunda yapılan uygulama ve değerlendirmeler neticesinde mode önerisine son şekli verilerek araştırma tamamlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma gruplarını, lisans düzeyinde çevrim içi ortamda uygulamalı ders deneyimi olan öğretim elemanları ile çevrim içi ortamda uygulamalı ders alan öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Birinci döngünün analiz aşamasında 48 çalışma detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve toplam 11 öğrenci ile 12 öğretim elemanıyla görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tasarım ve geliştirme aşamasında ise 14 uzman ile iş birliği yapılmıştır. Uygulama ve değerlendirme aşamasına 12 öğrenci ve 1 öğretim elemanı katılmıştır. İkinci döngünün uygulama ve değerlendirme aşaması, iki farklı uygulamalı derste gerçekleştirilmiş ve toplam 26 öğrenci ile 2 öğretim elemanının katılımıyla bu süreç yürütülmüştür. Birinci döngünün analiz aşamasında öğrenciler ve öğretim elemanları ile görüşmeler yapabilmek için yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları oluşturulmuştur. Tasarım ve geliştirme aşamasında ise model önerisinin yapısına yönelik uzman görüşlerini elde edebilmek için uzman görüş formu geliştirilmiştir. Uygulama ve değerlendirme aşamasında, sürece yönelik öğrencilerin ve öğretim elemanının görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları hazırlanmıştır. İkinci döngünün uygulama ve değerlendirme aşamasında veri toplama araçları güncellenerek öğrencilerin ve öğretim elemanlarının görüşleri elde edilmiştir. Uygulama sonunda öğrencilerin memnuniyetini belirlemek amacıyla“Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Uzaktan Eğitim Memnuniyeti Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verileri desteklemek için Öğrenme Yönetim Sistemi (ÖYS) aktivite raporlarından yararlanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin uygulama süreci boyunca belirlenen ilkeleri yerine getirip getirmediğini kontrol etmek amacıyla model önerisinin ilkelerine dayalı bir kontrol listesi oluşturulmuş ve bu liste araştırmacı tarafından izlenmiştir. Araştırmada yapılan görüşmeler derlenerek içerik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizler araştırmacı tarafından iki kez yapılmış ve başka bir araştırmacı tarafından da tekrar edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin ders sürecine yönelik memnuniyet düzeyi ile ÖYS'deki katılım oranları betimsel istatistikler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda geliştirilen model önerisi, kurum, öğretim elemanı ve öğrenci olmak üzere üç temel bileşeni ve bu bileşenleri kapsayan temel ilkeleri dikkate alarak yapılandırılmıştır. Model önerisi, bu üç bileşeni ders öncesi, ders esnası ve ders sonrası aşamalarında bir bütün olarak ele almaktadır. Kurum, öğretim elemanı ve öğrenciler arasındaki etkileşimin daha etkili hale getirilebileceği konusunda öneriler sunarken, mesleki eğitimde kritik öneme sahip uygulamalı derslerin sorun yaşanmadan çevrim içi ortamda gerçekleştirilmesinde yönlendirme sunmaktadır. Bu yapısıyla, çevrim içi uygulamalı derslerde kalite standartlarına uygun bir çerçeve sunarak, öğrenme süreçlerinin etkinliğini ve sürdürülebilirliğini artırmayı hedeflemektedir.

This research aims to develop a model recommendation for conducting practical courses at a higher education level in an online environment. Model proposal is a guide for institutions, faculty members and students to perform practical courses in an online environment and to improve educational processes by providing applicable suggestions before, during and after the course. The research was designed using the design-based research method and was carried out within the framework of the ADDIE model. The study was completed in two cycles. In the first cycle, the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages were completed; the second cycle was started according to the results obtained. The model proposal was revised in this cycle's design and development stages, and the following stages were repeated. As a result of the applications and evaluations made at the end of the second cycle, the model proposal was finalized, and the research was completed. The study groups of the research consisted of faculty members who had undergraduate online applied course experience and students who took applied courses online. In the analysis phase of the first cycle, 48 studies were examined in detail, and interviews were conducted with 11 students and 12 faculty members. In the design and development phase, 14 experts cooperated. 12 students and 1 faculty member participated in the application and evaluation phase. The implementation and evaluation phase of the second cycle was carried out in two different applied courses. This process was carried out with the participation of 26 students and 2 faculty members. In the analysis phase of the first cycle, semi-structured interview forms were created in line with expert opinions to conduct interviews with students and faculty members. In the design and development phase, an expert opinion form was developed to obtain expert opinions on the model proposal's structure. In the implementation and evaluation phase, a semi-structured interview form was prepared to determine the opinions of students and faculty members regarding the process. In the implementation and evaluation phase of the second cycle, this form was updated, and the opinions of students and faculty members were obtained. In addition, the“University Students' Distance Education Satisfaction Scale”was used to determine students' satisfaction. Learning Management System (LMS) activity reports were also used to support the obtained data. The researcher created and monitored a checklist based on the model proposal's principles to check whether the students fulfilled the determined principles throughout the implementation process. The interviews were compiled during the research, and content analysis was performed. The analyses were performed twice by the researcher and repeated by another researcher. The satisfaction level of students towards the course process and the participation rates in the LMS were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The online applied course model proposal developed due to the research was structured by considering three basic components: institution, instructor, and student, and the basic principles covering these components. The model proposal addresses these three components in the pre-course, during-course, and post-course stages. The model proposal offers suggestions on how to make the interaction between the institution, instructor, and students more effective while guiding how to carry out applied courses, which are of critical importance in vocational education, in an online environment without any problems. With this structure, it aims to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of learning processes by providing a framework that complies with quality standards in online applied courses.
