Özet
Bu araştırmada, bilgisayar destekli öğretimin fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının elektromanyetik dalganın tanecik modelini öğrenmelerine etkisi incelenmiştir.Araştırma 2008-2009 eğitim-öğretim yılının ikinci döneminde, İnönü Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi ikinci sınıf fen bilgisi öğretmen adayları üzerinde beş hafta boyunca yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, deney ve kontrol grubundan oluşturulmuş 70 kişi ile çalışılmıştır. Araştırma ön test-son test modeline uygun deneysel bir çalışma olarak yapılmıştır. Sistematik yöntem ile seçilen 35 öğrenci deney grubuna, 35 öğrenci de kontrol grubuna alınmıştır. Grupların başarı düzeyleri birbirine yakın olarak tayin edilmiştir. 35 öğrencinin bulunduğu kontrol grubunda ?elektromanyetik dalganın tanecik modeli? konusu geleneksel yöntem ile işlenirken; 35 kişinin bulunduğu deney grubunda ise konuyla ilgili animasyonlar kullanılarak bilgisayar destekli öğretim ile işlenmiştir. Her iki gruba da ön test olarak uygulanan başarı testi, ders işlendikten sonra başarıyı ölçmek için son test olarak uygulanmıştır.Verilerin analizinde bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 17.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Veriler ?karşılaştırılmalı t testi? ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda animasyon kullanılarak bilgisayar destekli öğretimin yapıldığı deney grubu ile geleneksel öğretimin yapıldığı kontrol grubu arasında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05).

In this study, the effect of computer assisted instruction on the learning of particle model of electromagnetic waves for the pre-service science teachers has been investigated.The research has been carried out for five weeks during 2008-2009 academic year in İnönü University Education Faculty on second graders of pre-service science teachers. This study has been carried out with experimental and control groups which are consisted of seventy students in total. The study has been done as an experimental study according to pre and post test model. Thirty five students were systematically assigned to experimental group and thirty five students were assigned to control group. The groups? achievement level has been determined very similar with each other. When the subject ?particle model of electromagnetic waves? has been taught with traditional method in the control group that has 35 students, in the experiment group that has 35 students has been taught with computer assisted teaching by using animations. The success test which applied to both groups before the lessons used also as final test.For the analysing of data SPSS 17.0 statistics software has been used. Data have been analysed by ?comparative test t?. As a result of the analysis, a significant difference has been found between the experiment group that computer assisted teaching with animations has been done and the other group that traditional teaching has been done (p<0,05).
