Özet

Bu tez çalışmasında çevre sağlığı temelinde, alınan doktora ders programı kapsamında bana hekimlik mesleği alanında sürekli, düzenli, verimli, enerji ve ivme kaynağı olan Hocam Prof. Dr. Nusret KARASU ile yurdumuzda çevre ve halk sağlığının usta mimarı Prof Dr. Nusret Fişek Hocalar vardır.Hiç kuşkusuz günümüzde çevre sağlığı her yönüyle yerel, bölgesel, genel, küresel, evrensel boyutlarda yelpazesini genişletmektedir. Bu açıdan konu, insanın da içinde bulunduğu ve ilk çağdan bu yana geliştirdiği tüm bilimleri kapsamaktadır.Yeni Yaklaşım Yeni YaşamAslında evrensel düzeyde her yerde her şey her an yeni bir başlangıç ve yeni bir yaşam sürecinde geçmişten geleceğe doğru sürekli yol almaktadır. Peki bu bilinçle niçin konu başlığı ?yeni başlangıç, yeni yaşam? adını taşımaktadır. Ne var ki insan böyle b bir bilince kolay kolay gelemeden bu yerküredeki yaşamını sonlandırmakta ve daha önceki ve daha sonraki duraklara doğru yoluna devam etmektedir. Bu mantıkla yeni yaklaşım ve yeni yaşam nedir ?!Bu koşullarda mantık zincirimizin başlangıcı evrensel oluşum ve akış içersinde enerji-madde ilişkisiyle maddeden enerjiye ve enerjiden maddeye doğru makro ve mikrokosmos düzeyinde sürekli, verimli, karşılıklı ilişki sistemini göz önünde tutarak işin temeline yönelmektir. Bu yöneliş içersinde insan hiç bir zaman egemen bir güç değil, sadece kendi anlayış ve görüşüyle sınırlı zayıf bir yaratıktır. Bu zayıflığımızı milyonlarca yıldır sorumsuzca tükettiğimiz yer küremizin doğal kaynaklarını ve en başta gelen çevre sağlığını, ancak kendi yaşam varlığımızı tehdit eden boyutlara eriştiği zaman ciddi bir şekilde ele almak zorunluluğunu son yüz yıl içinde yaşadık.Atomik ve Moleküler Yaklaşımlar:Moleküllerin atomlar arasında elektron alışverişine bağlı pozitif yüklü çekirdek çevresinde yer alan negatif yüklü elektronlarla oluştuğu bilinmektedir. Bu noktada organik kimya karşımıza çıkıyor. Ve adım adım makromoleküllere genlere doğru yol alıyoruz.Çevre sağlığının önemini yaşadığımız XXI. Yüzyılda, biraz daha iyimser bir yaklaşımla ancak son bir yüzyıl içinde anlamaya başlamakla çok somut bir şekilde görmekteyiz. Bu mantık yaklaşımıyla bugünkü izlenimlerimin başlığını yeni yaklaşım yeni başlancıç sözcükleriyle ele almak istedim. Yeni yaklaşım nedir? İnsanın kendisini ve çevresini evrensel yaklaşımdan ve evrensel akıştan uzak görmeden sürekli çalışması ve görebildiği kadar gerçeğe yaklaşmasıdır. Bu yaklaşımda mikro düzeyde moleküler ve atomik yapılar, makro düzeyde fizik, biyolojik, kimyasal ortam ve olaylarla karşılaşıyoruz. Biyofizik ve biyokimyasal ortamlarda genetik sistemle karşılaşıyoruz. Hemen belirtmek gerekir ki, genetik ortam yalnız yerküreyi değil tüm evreni kapsar. Bu yaklaşımla evrensel genetik ortamla karşılaşıyoruz. Uzaysal yaklaşımlar ve astronomik yaklaşımlarla evrensel genetik ortam kapsamında bilimsel yelpazemizi genişletmek zorundayız. Böyle bir ortamda hangi gerçeklerle karşılaşacağımızı bugün bilemeyiz. Örneğin Jülvern'in Aya Seyahat adlı eseri günümüzde somut olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Aynı düşünceyle ışık nedir?Bu enerjiden güneş enerjisine geçiş evrelerinde güneş enerjisi ve ışık-enerji-ısı ilişkisinde güneşe bakış açımızı irdelemek gerçeği ortaya çıkabilir. Bu gerçeğin moleküler yaklaşımlarla günümüzde yeniden ele alınmasının zamanı geldiğine inanıyorum.Moleküler yaklaşımların tabanında atom kavramının ve bundan ötede genetik enformasyon mekanizmasının yer aldığını görmek zamanı gelmiştir. Peryodik sistem içersinde atom dizilişi aksiyal ve vertikal boyutlarda spesifik ağırlıklarına göre yer almaktadır. Atomun merkez çekirdeği ve bunun çevresindeki elektron halkaları, tıpkı güneş sisteminde yer alan gezegenlerin peryodik dönüşümleri gibi bir görünümü anımsatır. Bu dönüşüm fizik kurallar içersinde sürer. Atom çekirdeği çevresindeki elektron halkalarının da benzer bir hareketi vardır. Sonunda kimyasal olaylar en dış halkada yer alan elektronların ilişkili atomlarla yaptıkları ve karşılıklı elektron alışverişi sonu oluşan moleküller, yani kimyasal bileşikler ortaya çıkar. Bu noktadan sonra gelişen olaylar moleküller arasında bilinen tüm kimyasal reaksiyonları oluşturur ve böylece inorganik ve organik kimyanın alanlarına girilir. Özetle atomlardan başlayan ve giderek kompleks sınırlarda süren tüm kimyasal olayların tabanında elektron alış verişi temel mekanizmayı oluşturur. Buna evrensel düzeyde elektron transformasyonu diyebiliriz. Görüyoruz ki tüm evrende her yerde sürekli bir elektron akışı ve bu akış içersinde elektron transformasyonu yani bir başka enerji alış verişi yer almaktadır. Bu kapsamda fizik-kimya-biyokimya-biyoloji-genetik ve tüm bilimler iç içe yer almaktadır. Buna evrensel mikrokosmos oluşum ve dönüşümü diyebiliriz.Esas konumuz olan genetik enformasyon bu alanda nerede yer almaktadır. Bir tek kelimeyle her zaman her yerde!.kısaca çevre sağlığını da bu kapsamda daha radikal ölçülerde ele almak daha uygun bir mantık düzenine girmektedir

There are two distinct motivations behind this dissertation; the first one is the formal lectures which I've received throughout the thesis study, while the second one is Prof. Dr. Nusret Karasu who had been a continous source of energy in my professional medical life and Prof. Nusret Fişek being the founder of environmental and public health medicine in Turkey .Presumably, the understanding of environmental health is continuously expanding its regional, global, universal limits in our era embracing the human knowledge developed in different branches of science since ancient times. This kind of change in the understading of the universe makes the human feel that ?human-self? is not that important and essential in the universal flow; rather human is only a small figure contributing in a limited way to the natural process which is coming from infinity and going to infinity.A New Approach, A New LifeThere is a continuous flow in the universe from past to future being introduced in the new ways of life with new starts in any where and in any time. Then, why is the heading put as ?A New Approach, A New Life?? What is new? In spite of the fact that the man kind passes away to some other form before human understands the realm of the continuous flow in the universe, there should be something new introduced in the approach and in its way of life.In order to capture the ?new? we need to go to deep in the continuous and prosperous interrelations between energy and matter in micro- and macro scale universe. In this approach, the human has never been the ?seigneur? but is a ?poor creature? with its limited understanding and sight. It is this weakness that caused the well-being in the earth and in the near neighborhood of the earth ruined by irresponsible human consumption and finally mankind became aware of its inevitable fate of annihilation! As a final last effort the humans attempted to handle the problem seriously in the last century. Maybe it is not too late for the humans, but may be too late for the environment. The ?new? perspective in the idea is that hopefully it is not too late for both.Atomic and Molecular ApproachesAtomic bonds created by mutual usage of negatively charged electrons wandering around positively charged nucleus cause the molecular structures to exist. Then the organic chemistry comes into play that leads the universal flow to cause the macromolecular genes.Environmental health has started serving the human conceptually and physically in the recent era to understand human-self in the near and far universe much more realistically. This realm may offer new perspectives for the old human. The approach is consisted of considering molecular and atomic structures in the micro- scale and physical, biological, and chemical media in the macro-scale. Gene systems appear in the biophysical and biochemical media. Human has to consider self-existence in this scale and behave accordingly in the universal spectra. Presumably, genetic algorithms cover the whole universe even can be stated as, it forms the human?s universe. So this kind of holistic approach may necessitate reinterpreting the understanding of space and mutually enriching our scientific knowledge through astronomy. What we should we understand from ?reality? in this sense? If that is the sense of Jules Verne in the ?Journey to the Moon? then, how to differ imagination from the truth? Thus we can question the nature of ?light? and the ?Sun?. The energy transformations occurring as light-to-heat in the Sun may change our perception of the Sun through a molecular approach (?).It is time to detect the fact that ?atom? as a concept and the mechanisms of genetic information constitutes the molecular approach basics. The atoms fill in the periodical table in axial and vertical directions with respect to their specific weights. The central nucleus and peripheral electrons composing an atom is similar to the solar system with the planets wandering around reminding the periodical table. It has its own physical rights just as, the wandering electrons around the nucleus has its own rules. The chemical reactions through the mutual interaction of outset electrons cause new chemicals. Then the molecular interactions rise and cause the inorganic and organic chemistry based on the mutual electron interactions. This can be stated as electron transformation in the universal sense. It seems that universal flow is carried by this electron transformation with different energy exchange sights. In this manner the entangled science ball composed of physics-chemistry-biochemistry-biology-genetics are one and unique. This can be named as existing and transforming universal micro-cosmos.So comes the question, where does the genetic information find its place in this context? It is everywhere and anytime. This reminds us the fact that the environmental health can be handled in a broad sense and a firm basis.
