148 Ek F SUMMARY This study is conducted for to determine the efficiency of who are teaching social sciences. The purpose of this study is essentially to solve the estimation of efficiency of problems. Teachers who are chosen for study are on duty at the primary schools under control of Ministery of Education of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. It is estimated that the efficiency of this teachers involved in educational technology. The data obtained by this study are can generaliced for the primary schools in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, because of these schools are satisfactory for both their quality and quantity. This study comprises planning of teaching activities, organisation, running of these activities and estimation of its results. Also it is considered, the principles when gulgilling these activities and the proposes for solution of some prolems to be subjected, the clearity of estimation mains, impressions of the persons who are conducting inquiary forms 30 manager and 50 fifth class teacher are participated tothis study. Investigation model is chosen. Inquiary forms are directed to 30 manager and 50 teachers who are teaching social sciences. It is asked by this inquary, planing, organisation, promotion and estimation efficiency about teaching social sciences and their ideas about principles and problems which are afflicted with. At the asti.mation the source groups occupational and individual peculiarities frequency and percentage, at the other hand at the astimation of their efficiency at the aritmatical means and frequent means are used. At the significance between the mean values t-Test is used and expressiveness is tested reciprocially at 0.05 and 0.01 levels. The teachers and the managers are given approximately same answers to the subjects of efficiency ought to be. At the field of difference they have to be, the teachers are observed themselves more positively according to the managers. Also at the field of efficiency the concept of which they have and have to be are shown different variations in expression themselves. At the area of observation of principles both the teacher and the managers have same ideas. On the other hand at the difference which must have to be and they have, the managers are shown more positively ideas. At the field of conceptin of observation, the teachers are more positve ideas for themselves according to managers. Moreover at the area of understanding themselves the teachers and managers have significant differenees.
